GLOBAL WORKER

Terms & Conditions Consultancy service is provided by GLOBALWORKER to the company (employer) on the following terms and conditions.

Professional

fees: - As our Consultancy charges we expect equivalent to 8% of Yearly

gross employment, All the Consultancy charges are payable to GLOBALWORKER. We shall replace the candidate in an eventuality of his leaving the company in next 2 months from the date of joining. The payment shall be made within 7 Days of selecting the candidate.

Global Worker will Charge 6% on each candidate if more than 10 candidates get placement in
same organization.

Invoice of 100rs has been charged by the second party who is liable to make contract with
Global worker.

The employer will deliver the original copy of the appointment

GLOBALWORKER gives the assurance of replacing the candidate free of cost only in case
of his leaving the company for reasons known to himself, or in case of company terminating his services, within three months from the date of his joining. However, any such case shall be brought to the knowledge of GLOBALWORKER in writing and adequate time given to arrange any such replacement.

The service charges are payable to GLOBALWORKER even if the candidates / resumes,
forwarded by GLOBALWORKER, are considered for some other vacancies any time within the next one years time.

In the event that a potential candidate is recruited by the client for any Position/Post/Vacancy
other than which he was originally intended for, within one year of GLOBALWORKER providing his Bio-data to the client, than the terms of this agreement shall apply as if the candidate was intended for the position/posy/vacancy that he was actually been recruited to.

GLOBALWORKER will not offer a placement opportunity to a candidate recruited by the


client in pursuance of this agreement for a period of one year from his/her date of recruitment by the client. Provided that the recruited candidates employment is not affected by conditions of redundancy.closure, restructuring, change of management or such circumstances of the client.

GLOBALWORKER shall not be held responsible for any inadequacies in information (as
provided to GLOBALWORKER by the client to be communicated to the potential candidates) as provided to or understood by the potential candidates.

The ultimate decision on recruitment of personnel and of the completion of the recruitment
process rests solely with the client, tobe exercised at its discretion or pleasure or in accordance with its policies.

GLOBALWORKER does not guarantee and is not responsible / liable for the action / nature /
habit / ability / past record of the applicant/s (employee/s selected by the company) about their candidature that they are true and correct and that GLOBALWORKER shall not be liable to the company in event of any wrong information and details given by the applicant/s (employee/s selected by the company) and/or by GLOBALWORKER.

GLOBALWORKER are the placement and recruitment consultants and are not responsible,
directly or indirectly, for any dispute that may arise between the Applicant/s (employee/s) and/or the Company (employer).

GLOBALWORKER is not responsible / liable for any action / gesture / act / behaviour /
speech / language etc. of any employee/s (candidate/s) against any person/s during the working / non-working hours after/before he/she is selected (recruited) in the company.

In

case of any dispute that may arise between GLOBALWORKER and the company (employer) the same shall be subject to Dwarka Court jurisdiction only.
CLAUSE: - It is understood by and between GLOBALWORKER and

CONFIDENTALITY
Client that

1. GLOBALWORKER will not disclose information that may be classified as confidential, that it may receive or obtain as a result of entering into this agreement. 2. The appointment Letter and the terms contained therein are confidential and shall be used by GLOBALWORKER only for the purposes of billing and accounting.

All rejected resumes shall be sent back to GLOBALWORKER immediately after short-listing
of the resumes that qualify for the first or subsequent rounds of interview.

No candidate as well as papers / resumes will be diverted or passed on by the client to any
group company or associates or friends or relations without the prior consent of GLOBALWORKER. In such situation GLOBALWORKER shall raise the bill for any such candidate with the company and the company shall be liable to pay the full amount as per the industry norms. Any candidate if further refers any other aspirant / friend for any position with your company that new candidate shall be considered referred by the fee and us is payable to us for that candidate as per the terms mutually decided.

All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only. All payments to be made in the name of GLOBALWORKER Organization (Client) will provide list of selected candidates at our office after interviews.
