Procedure: Combine ingredients 1, 2, 3. Heat to 65C.When batch reaches 50C, add 4. Continue heating. At 65C, add 5 and mix until homogenous and no particles remain. Once 5 is incorporated, begin cooling immediately to 50C. Below 60C and add 6,7. At 50C, add remaining ingredients. Adjust pH as necessary with citric acid. Specifications: pH Viscosity 6.5 10,000

Procedure: Combine ingredients 1-3. Adjust pH to 7.0 with citric acid. Heat to 65-70C. Add 5, 6 and allow to dissolve. As soon as 6 is dissolved, immediately cool below 50C. Add remaining ingredients. Adjust pH with citric acid as needed. Specifications: pH Viscosity 6 3,000
