A Dialouge about students and teacher obligation in learning .

The background of this dialouge is come with the question of who is holding the success key of learning?. Is it on teacher obligation that has control in designing all of condition to teach also motivate their student diligently and profesionally? Or In another circumstance of question, The students who is being as the subject of learning process, playing the role of its obligation such as Autonomy and Self Responsibility in Learning? All this dialouge is arranged to be uttered for discussing the answer of those paradigm at student and teacher obligation A: Hi B, do you agree whether the responsibility of learning process is obligated to teacher role? I mean that teacher should be obligated to motivate the students and professionally teach them in classroom. B: yes i agree with that statement, from the begining of life, human being had born to learn. They learned to speak, they learned to eat, they used to learn for singing the song. However , we need someone or something to motive us to be better in learning. So i hereby agree how this argument became good to be trusted, Teacher can be the only one person who is able to directly rise the students motivation. How is about yours assumption? Could students learn something by themself? A: Im in other opinion with you, teacher are had responsibility and obligation to teach at classroom, teacher was also possible to give the motivation for increasing students intrested on learning. Hmmm, But, the process is only happened in classroom. could it be taken to students home?. Students are not had enough time at school, they spent most of time at home.
I think at home, parents played role to motivate their son or daughter to study as they pleased, however it was still not enough to do the movement of good learning. Learner also should be obligated to realize their self responsibility in learning. And use their much time in home to learn by themself. Teachers give students only introductory of the each subject and it's also students responsibility to continue to study on that subject. Motivation is not only teacher's teaching methods it's more than that. And now, Do you Think that Teacher was obligated to give some attention to learner through theirs parents?. Because, what i saw in reality, that was rare that the teacher give some care and opinion about learner progress to the learner parents.

B: Im with you for this statement. For the professional teacher, they ought to report all of progress that happen to their learner in classroom. And this obligation should be conducted on and on, not only in first time and then stopped. Because,the parents need more information about their childreen in classroom, and from these information, the parents could suit any of attention to support their children for being focus in study. how do you think if it happened from long time ago in our country?

A: yha, i think it is suitable for our country, all of both (teacher and students) has theirs role in improving the prestige of learning process. Students focus on realizing theirs responsibility and try to keep rising all the time by themself, and teacher could be as supported tutor in classroom and to be as the bridge to gather the information for theirs parents in home. It can be one one good solution to over come the problem of limitation of motivation in learning. Students has many source to motivate them, it might be from themself, teacheror parents. So do you assume who has the importatant obligation? Teacher or students? B: from my opinion, and from the information that you gave. I think the obligation is equal beetwen teacher and students. They are chained each other. Teacher were belonged to students, and it was also to students. If we lost teacher role, it will no model to motivate, and if there is no students who are obligated to learn by theirs teacher. Shall be obligated to teach their students diligently, treat them fairly and be a model to students in terms of social and moral values. 3. Shall be held professionally accountable to: a. their students b. the parents of their students c. the Ministry of Education and d. their society as a whole for the educational performance of their students. 4. Shall seek to realize the highest possible standards of productivity in their students. 5.
