CLARIFICATIONS All stated rates, costs, provisional sums and totals are exclusive of VAT. The cost of all Statutory, Planning and Local Authority Fees are excluded. We have assumed that the cost of all power, gas, oil and water consumed during the course of the works will be paid directly by the client. We have only allowed to carry out works as costed and described within this document. TERMS We have based this cost plan on the following payment terms; Payment in full on completion.
