According to my medical certificate my Orthopedist indicated that I am only allowed to do minor field work and preferably more on paper works. Proficient in design and construction supervision of HVAC and other Mechanical Systems, experienced in various design codes such as British Standards, ASHRAE, and other International design codes. I have the ability to review shop drawings and as-built plans to assure compliance with codes, standards, regulations, and design manuals. I have the ability to monitor the project progress against target schedule. Coordinate with expert MEP team of engineers and consultants specialist in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire fighting, High Current, Low Current, Central Kitchen, and Laundry services, Cold Stores, Garbage system and BMS. Attend construction meetings with suppliers, contractors, and clients.
CURRENT SKILLS UPDATE: Seminars and training were conducted through OWWA (Overseas Workers Welfare Administration) assistance. I have been working as Mechanical HVAC Engineer full time with knowledge in Sprinker System Design, and Plumbing Design. One (1) year supervision of basic Electrical works for building. Three (3) years in consulting engineering firm, two (2) years in main contractor or builder and twelve (12) years in M&E specialist contractors. A total of 17 years experience. The projects that I have involved with were hotels, factory, hospital, office buildings, mass rapid transport, international airports and university. I have gained all of these experienced from Asia, Middle East, and now in Africa. Generally, most of my job was on a project basis. Im always hopeful to secure a permanent position in an equal opportunity employer. I have worked at North Atlantic Engineering Consultants and PWS Private Ltd. in Botswana, Africa as Mechanical Engineer for 3 years. I am part of the design team that deals with the University of Botswana Academic Hospital. We use several design software packages such as: Carrier HAP E-20, AutoCAD MEP, Revit 3D MEP, Microsoft excel, Microsoft Office Project Scheduler, and Microsoft Word.
