Conduct Institutional Assessment Objectives: To orient the learners on the evidence requirements relevant to the evidence plan To document the evidences gathered and record assessment result. Content: Factors to Consider in Conducting Institutional Assessment Institutional Assessment is taken by the learner who enrolled in a learning program to determine the achievement of competencies. It is administered by the trainer/assessor at the end of every learning outcome and each learning module. Factors to consider in conducting institutional assessment: 1. Orient the learners on the evidence requirements. 2. Provide the learners with the institutional assessment tools, materials and equipment. 3. Gather evidences and document using relevant assessment tools. 4. Make the assessment decision. 5. Provide feedback on the assessment. 6. Record and report the result. 7. Review the assessment process. 8. Record result in the Progress Monitoring Chart.
