Why Abortion is HARAM* in Islam

(*Haram means a crime or an evil which is strictly forbidden by the Creator of Human through Human Manual (Quran) for the benefit of His Creation. And why abortion is Haram requires a very deep study into the basic facts and significances involving right before its formation to its murder.) (Please Note: The reasoning and the conclusions drawn from the Quran and Hadith are completely my own and are neither & not at all INTENDED to contradict or support any SECT nor it amounts to any Islamic Rulings even. The Creations of Allah: Part-I

More than 1400 years ago, Allah (God) revealed the mysteries of creation of life much much before what science has proved today or yet struggling to unfold the secrets of Gods Creation. Rather we can say that modern science started after observing and drawing inferences from the revelations of Quran to bring out the truth practically, in front of all, specially benefiting those who do not believe in these truths revealed by Allah. Around 1400 years ago when science was not developed into the form of Modern Science & Technology and whole of the humankind was in darkness, Allah revealed these truths, which were UNKNOWN and AMAZING, to them when it was first

revealed. Allah created whole of the Universe and whatever is in it as per chapter 6:101, 96:01 of Quran. (Details of that are available at: http://misconceptions-clarified.blogspot.in/2013/03/big -bang-theory-is-incomplete-in-itself.html) He also created Hell and Paradise. Before creation of life or for maintenance of life afterwards, Allah created many more things which we are also required to know. His few of His creations is presented individually which may or may not have any significance with the title Abortion but it is necessary to realize the MIGHT of the Creator whose one of the greatest creation is BABY which is discussed below. We generally speak God created everything, all that exists (96:01, 6:101) but it will be much astounding when we will read His creation individually as below: 1) He created Angels as messengers with wings in two, three or four.(35:01) 2) He created Jinn (51:56) out of fire (39:75), smokeless flame of fire (15:33,15:26) 3) The creator of Jinn and Mankind who have Heart, Ears and Eyes (7:179) 4) The creator of the Best Shape (in form of human) (95:04, 82:07) 5) The creator of First Man from dust, First Woman from first mans rib and then Their Progeny from the worthless drop of water gushing out from their sexual organs.(30:20)

A M A Z I N G. Isnt? The Creation of Life and Human:

Allah created man when he was nothing (19:67). He began the creation of man from clay (6:1). He created them of sticky clay/ sounding clay of altered black smooth mud. (37:11, 15:26) He created man (Adam) with His both hands (15:33, 37:71, and 39:75) out of an extract of clay (water and earth). After He have fashioned him completely He breathed into him (Adam) the soul which He created for him (15:26). Then He fashioned him in due proportion, and breathed into him the soul created by Allh for that person, and He gave him hearing (ears), sight (eyes) and heart (32: 7-11; 67:23, 38:71, 23:78, 18:37, 6:01, 76:2, 82:7). Thereafter He made him (the offspring of Adam) as a Nutfah (mixed drops of the male and female sexual discharge (18:37, 53:44 35:11 etc) (and lodged it) in a safe lodging (womb of the woman) (23:12 onwards). He made the Nutfah into a clot (a piece of thick coagulated blood), then He made the clot into a little lump of flesh, then He made out of that little lump of flesh bones, then He clothed the bones with flesh, and then He brought it forth as another creation. Then He made his offspring from semen of worthless water (male and female sexual discharge). He shaped human and made good his shapes (64:03); (40:67, 15:33, 2:29 etc)

Allah asks, Did We not create you from a worthless water (semen, etc.)? So let man see from what he is created! He is created from water gushing forth proceeding from between the loins and the ribs, (86:4) Then We placed it in a place of safety (womb), for a known period (determined by gestation)? So We did measure, and We are the Best to measure (the things) (77:20) We created man of the best stature (mold), Then We reduced him to the lowest of the low (95:4) He created him from Nutfah (male and female semen drops), and then set him in due proportion; Then He makes the Path easy for him; Then He causes him to die, and puts him in his grave; Then, when it is His Will, He will resurrect him (again) (18:19) NOTE: (Here the science utilizes the concept of surrogate mother after a lapse of about 1400 years since its revelation by Allah by revealing this versea safe lodgment of zygote in the womb. So whether it is natural fertilization or artificial fertilization the matter always remains under the control of Allah as per above verses although surrogacy is not allowed in Islam is another separate issue.) Allah also says that, He created you (all) from a single person (Adam); then made from him his wife [Hawwa' (Eve)]. And He has sent down for you of cattle eight pairs (of the sheep, two, male and female; of the goats, two, male and female; of the oxen, two, male and female; and of the camels, two, male and female). He creates you in the wombs of your mothers,creation after creation in three veils of darkness, such is Allh

your Lord. His is the kingdom, L ilha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He). How then are you turned away? (39:06) NOTE: (So it is clear that Allah invents, Allah creates. Scientists discover. This is the limit of science. So what did they discovered. A fetus is covered into three layers Amnion, Chorion and Uterus or some says other way i.e a period of fertilization, formation of zygote and the period of gestation or some say stomach, uterus and placenta etc. Inside this darkness lies the fetus where a tremendous chemical and physical change goes on and on and on thus a leech shaped fetus changes into a well-defined human being after going on creation after creation in it, duly revealed by Allah 1400 years ago) We have created you (i.e. Adam) from dust, then from a Nutfah (mixed drops of male and female sexual discharge i.e. offspring of Adam), then from a clot (a piece of thick coagulated blood) then from a little lump of flesh, some formed and some unformed (handicapped or miscarriages), that We may make (it) clear to you (i.e. to show you Our Power and Ability to do what We will) And We cause whom We will to remain in the wombs for an appointed term, then We bring you out as infants, then (give you growth) that you may reach your age of full strength. And among you there is he who dies (young), and among you there is he who is brought back to the miserable old age, so that he knows nothing after having known(22:05) (ie an indication of Alzheimer's disease around 1400 years

ago and also that old age is something miserable and unwanted.) NOTE: [So its not up to human to bring out safe delivery as they claim because he creates (forms) and destroys (deforms i,e miscarriage to whom He desires. If it would be upon Doctors or Technology, then why there are so many still births [SEVEN Australian babies are delivered stillborn every day (The Daily Telegraph), NDTV Report says, that India has the highest number of stillbirths in the world. In 2009, more than six lakh children were born dead in India.Stillbirth rates in the UK are higher than in almost every other high-income country, a series of reports suggest. According to the Lancet's figures, the 4,100 stillbirths in the UK in 2009 equates to about 11 children still born every day. In the U.S., there were six stillbirths per 1,000 births, one of the highest rates among high income countries. The rate is nearly double for blacks. According to a new study published in the Lancet Samantha's stillbirth rate is more than 2 million each year worldwide. Honesty has vanished and so we are in habit to sing a song what has been tuned into our unstable brains by the ignorant, illiterates and irreligious persons.] Anyway, if the normal birth has been decided by Allah and the death of womb is brought out by human, by the power which He has allotted to Human kind in the form SELF-DETERMINATION, then the question of ACCOUNTABILITY comes into action. This is the reason why the abortion during embryonic stage, killings during childhood, murder and suicide is

HARAM [Strictly Forbidden] in Islam. ) He has created man from water, and has appointed for him kindred by blood, and kindred by marriage (25:54). NOTE: (Relationship is formed by means of TWO either by blood or by marriage as defined by Allah himself. We can realize the importance the sacredness in marriage and its importance for establishing relationship which is carried out by Allah and never depends upon human. So breaking ties is also highly forbidden in Islam, even some Hadith speaks that this issue will be questioned first during the day of judgment after settlement of Prayers are over. I think otherwise, breaking ties to me is just like denying Deed of Relations carried out by Allah Himself. ) He created man when he was nothing (19:67). Then He made you pairs (male and female). And no female conceives or gives birth, but with His Knowledge. And no aged man is granted a length of life, nor is a part cut off from his life (or another man's life), but is present in a Book (AlLauh AlMahfz) He knows what is in the breast of mankind (57:01 onwards, 35:11), Allah has not created Human as His toy or for His amusement (23:115), (21:17) He created Adam from dust (earth as in 67:23), and then [Hawwa' (Eve) from Adam's rib, and then his offspring from the semen, and - behold you are human beings scattered on earth with different languages and

colours. (4:01; 7:189; 30:19 onwards) He created us from a single person (Adam); then made from him his wife [Hawwa]' (Eve)]. He creates you in the wombs (42:11) of your mothers; creation after creation in three veils of Darkness (39.06) And Allh has brought you out from the wombs of your mothers while you know nothing. And He gave you hearing, sight, and hearts (16:77) It is He Who has created you from a single person (Adam), and has given you a place of residing (on the earth or in your mother's wombs) and a place of storage [in the earth (in your graves) or in your father's loins] (6:95) There is no human being but has a protector over him (or her) (i.e. angels in-charge of each human being guarding him, writing his good and bad deeds, etc(86:4) Allah has power to transfigure us and create us in forms that still we know not (56:58 onwards) (NOTE: This makes it clear that science with its limited knowledge only investigates what it is provided to him, but the above verses clearly indicates that Allah has power to transfigure and create human into such forms which our brain cant even grasp) He has created death and life, that He may test you which of you is best in deed (67:01, 23:78) Human are not granted mortality and every living creature will have to taste death. (21.30 onwards). Then they will have to return back to their Lord Allah. (21:30 onwards). Allah challenges that surely we will die and again we will be resurrected (23:12 onwards)

(NOTE: This means that SCIENCE CAN NEVER EVER WIN OVER DEATH which every Muslims know and all others have to accept willingly or unwillingly.) Now a question may arise in mind that WHY DID ALLAH CREATED ANGELS, HUMAN AND JINNS ? Answer: 1) He created angels with wings in two, three or four as messengers (35:01 & 2) He (Allh) created not the Jinn and Human except that they should worship Him (Alone). (51:56). Beyond this only Allah knows the purpose actually. What is Fertilization?:Part-II Every machine works within some principle. These are mechanical laws. If we would try to run machine beyond those laws it will be damaged. Simply it wont run. Human body is very sophisticated and technically advanced and incomparable machine, because it is very neatly arranged, clearly defined machine with a life time guarantee of its parts (organs) with a unique ability to create its duplicates by itself, which no other man made machine can. Simply human are a machine with intelligence and senses beyond imagination. As per Quran (revealed 1400 years ago when there was no modern science and technology) Allah said, Did We not create you from a worthless water (semen, etc.)? So let man see from what he is created! Fertilization is that function of a human body by which it maintains its progeny by creating its duplicate. As usual it also works within some principle. Whenever a worthless male gamete (male nutfah called sperm) is placed inside the Female Sexual Organ through a process of sexual intercourse, it swims towards the worthless female gamete (female nutfah called egg) already waiting for that worthless male sperm in the Fallopian Tube so that they could unite together to form a zygote (clot of blood). Once a worthless male nutfah unites with a worthless female nutfah it become a worthful life in form of clot of blood .This is the day one of the life. This clot of blood is then safely placed by Allah into the uterus (womb) for its development (partly inside womb or BABY & partly outside womb or CHILD & ADULT) which continues till death. All these are as per Quran. I am not at all quoting science because science discovered all these truths after Allah revealed these around 1400 years ago.

Can Fertilization be prevented ? Whether the worthless male sperm and worthless female egg (ovum) can be prevented to unite together to form a clot of blood? This requires a slight knowledge first that why Allah called these nutfah as WORTHLESS. (Did We not create you from a worthless water? 77:20 Then He made his seed from a worthless water (male and female sexual discharge 32:8) The nutfah or gametes contains chromosomes or DNA where all the data of construction of a human body is encoded. A fertilized human body contains 46 distinctively defined chromosomes. BUT ASTONISHNIGLY THESE NUTFAH IN FORM OF SPERM AND OVUM CONTAINS ONLY 23 SUCH CHROMODOMES i.e half of the number contained in fertilized human body (23 in sperm & 23 in ovum). THATS WHY ALLAH SAID IT WORTHLESS AS THEY ARE DEVOID OF FULL NUMBERS OF CHROMOSOMES AND ALSO THEY CANT GROW INTO A HUMAN BODY INDIVIDUALLY UNTIL THEY ARE FUSED TOGETHER. MOREOVER THE DATA OF CONSTRUCTION OF HUMAN BODY IS ENCODED INTO THE SPERM AND OVUM PERTAINING TO THEIR GENETIC MATERIAL SEPARATELY. Strange. isnt ? This CAN ONLY BE DECODED, ONLY AND ONLY IF THEY UNITE TOGETHER TO FORM A CLOT OF BLOOD (ZYGOTE) CONTAINING 46 CROMOSOMES (23 from each). Thats why the nutfah separately is worthless. This is a miracle of Allah if we could understand in

detail the procedures of fertilization to till birth but I am not supposed explain all these miraculous activities here. OUR PROPHET KNEW THIS FUNDAMENTAL AND SO HE ALLOWED THE PREVENTION OF WORTHLRESS WATER TO UNITE IF REQUIRED, AS IT DOES NOT AMOUNT TO KILLING AS MISUNDERSTOOD BY SOME MUSLIMS. Let us understand this. Sperm the worthless nutfah is produced in billions. All are killed except one which unites with egg. Similarly if the egg of woman is not fertilized within 12 hours of its production it dies. If any sperm is kept alive it will never form into a full shaped baby, similarly if ovum is kept alive it will never form into a full shaped baby, which clarifies that sperm and ovum individually never becomes a human soul anyway. So the death of unfertilized nutfah is a natural phenomenon. Whether it is destroyed naturally or prevented from uniting by azl or condom does not amounts to a killing of a soul as the soul has never formed yet until the male and female nutfah unite together. Thats why prophet said: When a man said: Apostle of Allah, I have a slave-girl and I withdraw the penis from her (while having intercourse), and I dislike that she becomes pregnant. I intend (by intercourse) what the men intend by it. But the Jews say that withdrawing the penis (azl) is burying the living girls on a small scale. He (the Prophet) said: The Jews told a lie. If Allah intends to create it, you cannot turn it away. Abu Dawood 890

S-U-B-H-A-N A-L-L-A-H!!!!! (GLORY BE TO ALLAH) What a great Hadith during 1400 AD. How this illiterate desert man knew this fundamental. (Peace be upon him and shower of love and affection of all human and jinn together). Prophet clearly said that azl i.e prevention of fertilization is NOT NOT NOT murder. These are the views of Jews because they are unaware of the BASIC truth which Allah has revealed to prophet and which science pondered over it later on. Thus prevention either manually by azl or artificially through condom is allowed and permissible in Islam as it does not amounts to killing because it is worthless drop of water containing half of the chromosomes only, devoid of the ability to produce by itself individually. If someone does not accepts this basic fact his views are like Jew. (AS told by PROPHET). If fertilization can be prevented then the question arise WHAT IS KILLING ? This is what explained below: NATURAL & UNNATURAL KILLING: And kill not your children for fear of poverty. We provide for them and for you. Surely, the killing of them is a great sin. 17:31 Allah said to prophet, Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Come, I will recite what your Lord has prohibited you from: Join not anything in worship with Him; be good and dutiful to your parents; kill not your children because

of poverty - We provide sustenance for you and for them; come not near to Al-Fawhish (lewdness, illegal sexual intercourse, etc.) whether committed openly or secretly, and kill not anyone whom Allh has forbidden, except for a just cause (according to Islmic law). This He has commanded you that you may understand.6:151 Now, the point to note is that Allah repeats killing twice: Kill not children and kill not anyone. Why doesnt he include the killing of both in general form. This clearly indicates that killing children is a separate issue which we are now supposd to ponder over right now. After fertilization the clot of blood is formed which he places in the womb for the internal growth in form of BABY. This is Day one of the Baby or the first day of that man who are supposed to live 60 years (say) later on. Afterwards this blood grows into lump of flesh and then as a cloth of flesh upon bone and so on. From this very point the concept of BABY and its growth starts. From this very point we are not supposed to kill the growing child inside womb as it amounts to KILLING OF CHILDREN. Now what is murder or what is killing? Murder and Killing signifies spilling of BLOOD. SIMPLE. Whenever the blood is spilled inside womb by external means it becomes a murder or killing of baby. Whenever the blood is spilled outside the womb it becomes the killing or murder of individual. This murder or killing or spilling

blood is Haram WHETHER INSIDE WOMB OR OUTSIDE WOMB. AS such prophet allowed azl or condom as it does not involves spilling of blood so that the bigger sin could be avoided. If someone thinks contrary to this then his thought is contradicting Quran and prophet on the other hand told it is the whimsical views of Jews, which intelligent Muslims are not supposed to repeat. ( OF COURSE THE MURDER OF WOMB IS A CRIME AND EVIL IN THE NAME OF HUMANITY rather destroying the worthless nuthfah by preventing it either manually or artificially). Then what actually happens in Murder of baby inside the womb safely given a good name as "ABORTION". OR HOW ABORTION IS CARRIED OUT and why it is Murder?

(NOTE: I know Muslims will avoid this topic after uttering La-haula- wala- kuwata- illah- billah and remain unaware of this brutal, cruel, awful, heartrending procedures adopted by the deadly butchers and TERRORIST of Humanity to slaughter HUMAN in the name of Abortion. PLEASE READ EACH AND EVERY METHODS AND BECOME AWARE OF THIS DANGEROUS EVIL CALLED ABORTION)

I myself will define abortion like this: Abortion may be defined as a murder of a child when its age lies betweenDAY 1 TO 9 MONTHS.

It is performed surgically or medically by using drugs when the baby is within Day 1 to 2 months; it is done by adilatation and suction curettage procedure within 2 to 3 months; it is performed by a dilatation and evacuation procedure within 3 to 5 months, and after 5 months abortions are performed by labor induction, saline infusion, hysterotomy or dilation and extraction methods. As a layman no one will understand these medical terms but if I expose the methods adopted to remove the baby then perhaps there are some Muslims of certain sect who will curse the medical system as one of the Dajjals.AM I RIGHT NA, hmmmmmm?

Anyway, the advance medical system is a blessing from Allah and not at all Dajjals system as misinterpreted by certain sects of Muslims. SATAN IS MISUSING THIS SYSTEM RATHER. For ex: SWORD. Use it for Jihad get Sawab, use it for murder (for Muslims) get hell for ever. An abortion in medical Science WHICH IS USED TO SAVE THE LIFE OF mother. But people started killings and murder by the sword hiding its actual purpose. Thats it; here abortion has become a game and plaything. ENJOY AND DESTROY. It is due to the fact that SATAN has changed the nature of human as per his challenge here: Verily, I will mislead them, and surely, I will arouse in them false desires; and certainly, I will order them to slit the ears of cattle, and indeed I will order them to change the nature created by Allh." And whoever takes Shaitn (Satan) as a Wal (protector or helper) instead of Allh, has surely suffered a manifest loss. (Quran 4:119)

As such people today use sword for murder and killing rather for Jihad. This is the reason which also clarifies the burying alive of girls in Arabia before the advent of Islam. If there would have been USG then I think they would be more severe than Chinese in selectively killing the girls embryo. Those people killed for Honour i.e Honour Killing and today it is Population Control and Honour killing both. Isnt? 1. Chemical Killing:
(a) Poison: A poison in form of pill called RU-486 (Mifepristone) is given to if the baby is within 4 to 7 weeks of LMP (last menstrual period). Within two days the baby dies. Then after two days when baby dies another medicine is given which produces a labor pain and the dead baby is expelled out. (b) Cancer Drug: Sometimes a drug used in cancer called Methotrexate is given considering the baby as a unexpected large tumor. The drug stops the supply of blood to the baby which dies ultimately. (c) Salt Poisoning: Highly concentrated salt solution is injected through a large needle. The lungs of the baby absorb the salt solution and starts suffocating. The salt burns the baby alive externally. The baby dies within a hour

or four. Labor starts after 12 hours naturally and the dead is expelled out otherwise medicines are used to induce labor pain and the baby is expelled out. (There have been many cases of these babies being born alive. They are usually left unattended to die.)

Salt Poisoning (d) Urea Poisoning: Like above urea is injected in the uterus and the baby once again burns alive. (e) Use of Hormone: The Hormone called Prostaglandin is used like salt poisoning. This hormone activates contraction of uterus and there is intense pain or labor which ejects the baby out. The difference here is that the baby here is ejected alive which is suffocated by placing a towel over his /her face.

(a) Manual Vacuum Suction: Within 7 weeks after LMP, dilators are used to stretch the mouth of the cervix. Suction instruments are inserted and the baby is sucked out which dies in the process.

machines is used which tears the body of the baby, as the vacuum suction is 29 times more powerful than a household vacuum cleaner, tears the fetus and placenta into small pieces which are sucked through the tube into a bottle and discarded. The torn parts of the baby is then checked that all parts are available or not so that nothing remains inside.

(d) Dilation and Evacuation: Within 13 to 24 weeks after LMP, the baby is now in developed stage. It increases in size. All arteries are present, including the coronary vessels of the heart. Blood is circulating through these vessels to all body parts.Bones and muscles are fully formed. Skull is fully grown. The heart beat ranges during this fetal period from 110 to 160 beats per minute. All blood cells are produced by the liver and spleen, a job soon taken over by the bone marrow. White blood cells, important for immunity, are formed in the lymph nodes and thymus. Vocal chords are complete, and the child can and does sometimes cry (silently). The brain is fully formed, and the child can feel pain. The fetus may even suck his thumb. The eyelids now cover the eyes, and will remain shut until the seventh month to protect the delicate optical nerve fibers. 14 weeks: Muscles lenghten and become organized. The mother will soon start feeling the first flutters of the baby kicking and moving inside. 15 weeks: The fetus has an adult's taste buds and may be able to savor the mother's meals. 16 weeks: Five and a half inches tall and only six ounces in weight, eyebrows, eyelashes and fine hair appear. The child can grasp with his hands, kick, or even somersault. In such a situation it is very difficult to suck out the baby by the above processes. As such special instruments are used to cut the baby into different parts. A pair of forceps is inserted into the womb to grasp part of the fetus. The teeth

of the forceps twist and tear the bones of the unborn child. This process is repeated until the fetus is totally dismembered and removed. Usually the spine must be snapped and the skull crushed in order to remove them. Now the dismembered parts are easily extracted after dilating the cervix. (e) Hysterotomy: This is simple cesarean operation where baby is taken out alive after cutting the stomach. The alive baby is then put into bucket of water to suffocate or wet towel is pressed upon its face to suffocate. The goal is to kill the baby in the NAME OF ABORTION.

As such he disapproved of the rhyming speech of the man's declaration. 2) Narrated Umar ibn al-hattab Ibn Abbas said: Umar asked about the decision of the Prophet (peace be upon him) about that (i.e. abortion) Haml ibn Malik ibn an-Nabighah got up and said: I was between two women. One of them struck another with a rolling-pin killing both her and what was in her womb. So the Apostle of Allah (peace be upon him) gave judgment that the blood-wit for the unborn child should be a male or a female slave of the best quality and that the murderer should be killed.

Narrated Al Mughira bin Shuba 'Umar bin Al-Khattab asked (the people) about the Imlas of a woman, i.e., a woman who has an abortion because of having been beaten on her abdomen, saying, "Who among you has heard anything about it from the Prophet?" I said, "I did." He said, "What is that?" I said, "I heard the Prophet saying, 'Its Diya (blood money) is either a male or a female slave.' " 'Umar said, "Do not leave till you present witness in support of your statement." So I went out, and found Muhammad bin Maslama. I brought him, and he bore witness with me that he had heard the Prophet saying, "Its Diya (blood money) is either a male slave or a female slave."

Narrated Abu Huraira Allah's Apostle gave the judgment that a male or female slave should be given in Qisas for an abortion case of a woman from the tribe of Bani Lihyan (as blood money for the fetus) but the lady on whom the penalty had been imposed died, so the Prophets ordered that her property be inherited by her offspring and her husband and that the penalty be paid by her Asaba.

Narrated Mu'adh ibn Jabal Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said, "No pair of Muslims will lose three (of their children) by death without Allah bringing them into Paradise by His great mercy." He was asked if that applied if they lost two, and he said it did. He was also asked if it applied if they lost one, and he said it did. Then he said, "By Him in Whose hand my soul is, the miscarriage draws his mother to Paradise by his umbilical cord when she seeks her reward for him from Allah."

Narrated Ali ibn AbuTalib Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said, "The miscarraige will dispute with his Lord when He causes his parents to enter Hell, and will receive the reply, 'You miscarriage who are disputing with your Lord, bring your parents into Paradise." He will then draw them with his umbilical cord till he brings them into Paradise." Ibn Majah transmitted it.

It should be completely clear that miscarriage or abortions both involves death of living. Miscarriage is unintentional so it does not amount to intentional abortion and hence parents will be recompensed with paradise instead. Abortion is killing, intentional killing, and so here parents will be accounted for. If carried by someone else, they should compensate it by freeing the male or female slaves of excellence. As now a days the system of slaves have gone it depends upon the victims whether they forgives or ask something in compensation. BUT IF THE PARENTS, THEMSELVES ARE
WILLINGLY INVOLVED IN THIS HEINOUS CRIME THEN THE MATTER REFERS TO ALLAH WHO DECLARES: 1) When the sun will be overthrown, And when the stars will fall, And when the hills will be moved, And when the camels big with young are abandoned, And when the wild beasts are herded together, And when the seas rise, And when souls are reunited, And when the girl-child that was buried alive (or aborted) will be asked, For what sin she was slain,.. 81:1-9 2) Indeed doomed are they who have killed their children, from folly, without knowledge, and have forbidden that which Allh has provided for them, inventing a lie against Allh. (Do they then like for Allh) a creature who is brought up in adornments (wearing silk and gold ornaments, i.e. women), and in dispute cannot make herself clear? 43:16-18 How correct was satan when he challenged Allah, as per these verses of Quran, verses 116-121, Chapter:4 116. Lo! Allah pardoneth not that partners should be ascribed unto Him. He pardoneth all save that to whom He will. Whoso ascribeth partners unto Allah hath wandered far astray. 117. They invoke in His stead only females; they pray to none else than Satan, a rebel

Nay, but those who do wrong follow their own lusts without knowledge. Who is able to guide him whom Allah hath sent astray? For such there are no helpers. 30. So set thy purpose [O Muhammad] for religion as a man by nature upright -the nature [framed] of Allah, in which He hath created man. There is no altering [the laws of] Allah's creation. That is the right religion, but most men know not

The thing which has been changed by satan after obtaining the sanctioned of Allah is Allahs greatest

spend of their substance to be seen of men, and believe not in Allh and the Last Day [they are the friends ofShaitn (Satan)], and whoever takes Shaitn (Satan) as an intimate; then what a dreadful intimate he has! And what losses have they if they had believed in Allh and in the Last Day, and they spend out of what Allh has given them for sustenance? And Allh is Ever AllKnower of them. 65:9. So it tasted the evil result of its disbelief, and the consequence of its disbelief was loss (Hell).

Narrated Abu Huraira Allah's Apostle said, "Every child is born with a true faith of Islam (i.e. to worship none but Allah Alone) but his parents convert him to Judaism, Christianity or Idol-worshipper, as an animal delivers a perfect baby animal. therein, and the Wrath and the Curse of Allh are upon him, and a great punishment is prepared for him.(4:93)

Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin, The Apostle of Allah (peace be upon him) Said: The blood of a Muslim man who testifies that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is Allah's Apostle should not lawfully be shed except only for one of three reasons: (1) A man who committed fornication after marriage, in which case he should be stoned; (2) One who goes forth to fight with Allah and His Apostle, in which case he should be killed or crucified or exiled from the land; (3) or one who commits murder for which he is to be killed. Narrated Abu Qilaba Prophet said, "Those people committed theft and murder, became infidels after embracing Islam and fought against Allah and His Apostle." They were killed. (Bukhari) 4. Narrated Ibn Abbas The law of Qisas (i.e. equality in punishment) was prescribed for the children of Israel, but the Diya (i.e. blood money was not ordained for them). So Allah said to this Nation (i.e. Muslims): "O you who believe! The law of Al-Qisas (i.e. equality in punishment) is prescribed for you in cases of murder: The free for the free, the slave for the slave, and the female for the female. But if the relatives (or one of them) of the killed (person) forgive their brother (i.e. the killer) something of

Qisas (i.e. not to kill the killer by accepting blood money in the case of intentional murder)--then the relatives (of the killed person) should demand blood-money in a reasonable manner and the killer must pay with handsome gratitude. This is an allevitation and a Mercy from your Lord, (in comparison to what was prescribed for the nations before you). So after this, whoever transgresses the limits (i.e. to kill the killer after taking the blood-money) shall have a painful torment." (2.178)/Bukhari 5. Faith is taken away from Muslims and he becomes a Non believer when he commits Murder (Bukhari) 6. There are great sins in Islam but the greater of great sins are: Narrated Anas bin Malik The Prophet said, "The biggest of Al-Kaba'ir (the great sins) are (1) to join others as partners in worship with Allah, (2) to murder a human being, (3) to be undutiful to one's parents (4) and to make a false statement," or said, "to give a false witness."

newspapers for decades. Or do you have some counterarguments? Might you, in fact, need to defend yourself and your child from a very real threat? You should be aware that the question of "overpopulation" is no longer merely a topic of conversation, if it ever was. It is a burning matter of policy and action at the local, national and international level. Our national government is actually committed by law and by international agreement to reducing the worldwide rate of population growth. Government spokesmen, such as Ambassador Timothy Wirth, insist that this effort must also apply to the population of the United States. Your chances of having grandchildren depend on whether and how this program is carried out. In many countries already, governments sterilize and abort their citizens by force, often with financial help from the United Nations, the United States and governmentsupported private agencies such as Planned Parenthood. There are many government policies that make it difficult for families to bring children into the world, and for those children's fathers to support them and their mothers to stay home and raise them. Those policies include levying heavy taxes on families with children, discrimination against men in the job market, building codes and land use restrictions which increase the cost of housing, regulations which discourage productive activity. Try the math yourself: 7,438,152,268,800 square feet in Texas, divided by the world population of 5,860,000,000, equals 1269 square feet per person. The population density of this giant city would be about 21,000 somewhat more than San Francisco and less than the Bronx. Another fact: World population growth is rapidly declining. United Nations figures show that the 79 countries that comprise 40 percent of the world's population now have fertility rates too low to prevent population decline. The rate in Asia fell from 2.4 in 196570 to 1.5 in 199095. In Latin America and the Caribbean, the rate fell from 2.75 in 196065 to 1.70 in 199095. In Europe, the rate fell to 0.16 that is, effectively zero in 199095. And the annual rate of change in world population fell from 2 percent in 1965-70 to less than 1.5 percent in 199095. Worldwide, the number of children the typical woman had during her lifetime (total fertility) fell from 5 in 195055 to less than 3 in 199095. (The number necessary just to "replace" the current generation is 2.1.) In the more developed regions, total fertility fell from 2.77 to 1.68 over the same period. In the less developed regions it fell from more than 6 to 3.3. Total fertility in Mexico was 3.1 in 199095. In Spain it stood at 1.3, and in Italy, it was 1.2. Official forecasts of eventual world population size have been steadily falling. In 199293, the World Bank predicted world population would exceed 10 billion by the year 2050. In 1996, the U.N. predicted 9 billion for 2050. If the trend continues, the next estimate will be lower still. Myth 2: Overpopulation is causing global warming. The message that is most likely to arouse the fervor of young people is that overpopulation is destroying the environment and the biosphere. On this point, the first thing to keep in mind is that some of the most beautiful parts of the world, with the highest environmental quality, are in densely populated countries such as western Germany, which has

more than 600 persons per square mile, and the Netherlands, which has almost 1200 persons per square mile, compared with 330 in China. Several myths promote the belief that we are engulfed in an environmental catastrophe. For instance, VicePresident Al Gore and some scientists say population growth is causing global warming. But there is much disagreement in the scientific community about this. Seventynine scientists issued the "Leipzig Declaration" in 1995 saying ". . . There does not exist today a general scientific consensus about . . . greenhouse warming . . ." Additionally, the satellite readings of global temperature, available on the NASA Web site at www.nasa.com, do not show a warming trend. And further, respected climatologists such as Hugh Ellsaesser, Richard S. Lindzen and Robert C. Balling vigorously dispute the notion of a global warming danger. Myth 3: Overpopulation causes ozone depletion. Like global warming, the cause and significance of the socalled ozone "hole" is a matter of intense scientific dispute, although the United States and other nations have agreed to reductions in the use of chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), which were alleged to have caused it. S. Fred Singer, an atmospheric physicist who participated in the earliest ozone measurements, calls the ozone scare a "misuse of science." In fact, many think the chief function of the CFC ban has been to help big chemical companies establish highly profitable new monopolies on the CFC substitutes which they developed. Myth 4: The world's forests are disappearing because of overpopulation. This is an important matter because forests are an essential part of the world's environment and, therefore, humanity's wellbeing. The Psalmists spoke in awe of the cedars of Lebanon. Today we know that trees inhale carbon dioxide and exhale oxygen, which means that they are a first line of defense against air pollution and the specter of global warming. The world forested area, estimated by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the U.N. (FAO), currently amounts to four billion hectares, covering 30 percent of the land surface of the earth. Few people realize this is the same figure as in the 1950s. In the United States, vast forests cover a third of the land, according to the U.S. Forest Service. That's equivalent to twothirds of the amount of land that was forested when the Europeans arrived in the 1600s. This acreage has not declined since 1920. In fact, annual

forest growth today is more than 3 1 2 times what it was in 1920. Twothirds of the nation's forests are classed as timberland, capable of producing at least 20 cubic feet per acre of industrial wood annually. Another fact: Trees are growing 33 percent faster than they are being cut. The highest volumes of growth occur on privatelyowned forest industry land, while the governmentowned national forests, where the trees are older, have the lowest volumes of tree growth. The National Wilderness Preservation System grew from nine million acres in 1964 to 96 million acres in 1993. But this is not enough for the environmentalists of The Wildlands Project, who hope to turn fully half of the land area of the United States into wilderness areas inhabited by grizzly bears, wolverines and mountain lions, and make it offlimits to humans. There has also been great agitation about the "destruction of the tropical rainforests." Someone has claimed that an area twice the size of Belgium is now being logged worldwide each year, but people don't realize Belgium could fit into the world's tropical forests 500 times, and in the meantime, the rest of the world's trees 99.6 percent of them are continuing to grow. One of the greatest of these tropical stands exists in Brazil, with more than half of the forests of South America. FAO and Brazilian government figures suggest that logging takes about two-tenths of one percent of forest acreage per year, and in 1993, Brazilian forests covered 58 percent of the country's total land area. Such figures hardly suggest a catastrophic decline. Another thing that's misleading is that FAO figures show a "decline" in forest cover even when forest land is appropriated for use as public parks, and not a single tree is cut down. And if in fact some deforestation is occurring in Brazil, it can scarcely be the result of overpopulation; Brazil has less than half as many people per square mile (31.2) as the world average (101). Myth 5: Air pollution is the result of overpopulation, and acid rain, a byproduct of air pollution, is destroying lakes, rivers and forests. In fact, air and water pollution levels have been highest in the centrallyplanned economies of Eastern Europe and China, where population growth is low or negative. Legendary air pollution in Poland and Russia has occurred in areas with thinlysettled populations. In the United States, air pollution is declining significantly. The federal government's National Acid Precipitation Assessment

Program recently reported "no widespread forest or crop damage in the United States" related to acid rain. Myth 6: Many plants and animals are disappearing because of the growth in human numbers. There is absolutely no scientific data whatsoever to support this claim. Even a scientist such as David Jablonski, who believes species will decline, says, "We have no idea how many species are out there and how many are dying." Some species, such as blue whales, spotted owls and blackfooted ferrets, have been found to be more numerous than was once thought. Since many species exist in forests and the earth's forest cover is remaining about the same, the claims of massive species extinction appear doubtful. Myth 7: Overpopulation is threatening the world food supply. According to the Food and Agriculture Organization, world food supplies exceed requirements in all world areas, amounting to a surplus approaching 50 percent in 1990 in the developed countries, and 17 percent in the developing regions. "Globally, food supplies have more than doubled in the last 40 years . . . between 1962 and 1991, average daily per caput food supplies increased more than 15 percent . . . at a global level, there is probably no obstacle to food production rising to meet demand," according to FAO documents prepared for the 1996 World Food Summit. The FAO also reported that less than a third as many people had less than 2100 calories per person per day in 199092 as had been the case in 1969-71. At present, farmers use less than half of the world's arable land. The conversion of land to urban and builtup uses to accommodate a larger population will absorb less than two percent of the world's land, and "is not likely to seriously diminish the supply of land for agricultural production," according to Paul Waggoner, writing for the Council for Agricultural Science and Technology in 1994. Myth 8: Overpopulation is the chief cause of poverty. In reality, problems commonly blamed on "overpopulation" are the result of bad economic policy. For example, Western journalists blamed the Ethiopian famine on "overpopulation," but that was simply not true. The Ethiopian government caused it by confiscating the food stocks of traders and farmers and exporting them to buy arms. That country's leftist regime, not its population, caused the tragedy. In fact, Africa, beset with problems often blamed on "overpopulation," has only

onefifth the population density of Europe, and has an unexploited foodraising potential that could feed twice the present population of the world, according to estimates by Roger Revelle of Harvard and the University of San Diego. Economists writing for the International Monetary Fund in 1994 said that African economic problems result from excessive government spending, high taxes on farmers, inflation, restrictions on trade, too much government ownership, and overregulation of private economic activity. There was no mention of overpopulation. The government of the Philippines relies on foreign aid to control population growth, but protects monopolies which buy farmers' outputs at artificially low prices, and sell them inputs at artificially high prices, causing widespread poverty. Advocates of population control blame "overpopulation" for poverty in Bangladesh. But the government dominates the buying and processing of jute, the major cash crop, so that farmers receive less for their efforts than they would in a free market. Impoverished farmers flee to the city, but the government owns 40 percent of industry and regulates the rest with price controls, high taxes and unpublished rules administered by a huge, corrupt, foreignaid dependent bureaucracy. Jobs are hard to find and poverty is rampant. This crowding leads to problems such as sporadic or inefficient food distribution, but this problem is caused as in Ethiopia by that country's flawed domestic policies. It is often claimed that poverty in China is the result of "overpopulation." But Taiwan, with a population density five times as great as mainland China's, produces many times as much per capita. The Republic of Korea, with a population density 3.6 times as great as China's, has a per capita output almost 16 times as great. The Malaysian government abandoned population control in 1984, ushering in remarkable economic growth under free market reforms, while Ecuador, Uruguay, Bulgaria and other countries complained at the International Conference on Population and Development in Cairo that though they had reduced their population growth, they still had deteriorating economies. Myth 9: Women and men throughout the world are begging for the means to control their fertility. Not so, according to reports from such places as Bangladesh, Africa and the Philippines. The fact is, surplus condoms and birth control pills fill warehouses in the less developed

world and women flee the birth control workers and beg to have their implants and IUDs removed. U.S. foreign assistance law requires countries receiving American foreign aid to take steps to reduce population growth [you can find this in 22 U.S. Code, sec. 21511; 22 U.S. Code, sec. 2151(b)]. Far from meeting an "unmet need" for birth control, foreignsupported family planners in India, Bangladesh and other countries must pay, or force, their clients to accept it, according to reports from these countries. Foreignsupported population control is so unpopular in Bangladesh that riots over this issue prevented the prime minister from attending the International Conference on Population and Development in Cairo in 1994. Dr. Margaret Ogola, a Kenyan pediatrician, disputed the claim of "unmet need" for family planning at the International Conference on Population and Development in Cairo in 1994. She said that foreign aid givers have lavished pills, condoms and IUDs on hospitals and clinics in Kenya, but that simple medicines for common diseases remain unavailable. A United Nations survey of abortion and birth control policies throughout the world found that high proportions of women were familiar with and were using "traditional" methods (NFP) of limiting births. In 1981, the typical Bangladeshi woman was having seven children during her lifetime; since then the number has fallen to 3.4. According to Bangladesh press reports in 1994, the secretary of health acknowledged that "coercion, blackmail [and] abuse of payment provisions" were problems in the population control program. Alarmed by extremely low fertility, South Korea reported to the International Conference in Cairo that it has slashed its government expenditures on birth control. Singapore, faced with belowreplacement fertility, reported that it now offers tax rebates to couples with more than two children. Governmentsupported "family planning" agencies in the United States, such as Planned Parenthood, claim their services save public assistance costs. In fact, published research has shown that states which spend large amounts on birth control subsequently have higher costs of public assistance. Research also shows that states which require parental consent for a minor to have an abortion have lower rates of adolescent pregnancy.

Myth 10: Overpopulation causes war and revolution. The most wartorn continent on earth Africa is also one of the least densely populated, with about half as many people per square mile as in the world as a whole. Bad governments, propped up by ineptly and unjustly managed foreign aid, are more probably the root of strife. The worldwide movement which promotes population control is not small or weak. It is a powerful alliance of United Nations agencies, national governments, foundations and "nongovernmental organizations." It commands many billions of dollars in resources. Its members include family planning agencies, radical leftist environmental organizations such as the Sierra Club and the World Wildlife Fund, development planners, international financial institutions such as the World Bank, foreign relations agencies such as the U.S. Agency for International Development, and "research" organizations such as Worldwatch Institute. Its ideology increasingly dominates school and college instructional programs and textbook publishing. Ultimately, however, its power rests on public ignorance in countries such as the United States. For the billions of people who inhabit God's creation, and for the billions more He intends it for, it's up to us to find out the truth about "overpopulation," and to share it with as many people as will listen.
