1. The External Evaluator is not a member of MEC but directly appointed by CAMI. 2. The complete Verification and the consolidated report will be sent to CAMI. They will assign a Unique Accession Number to each Candidate. 3. The entire evaluation process takes 1.5-2 months, The Certificates will be Prepared based on the final consolidated assessment. By the end of the seventh week the results will be handed over to the participant. NOTE: You have to complete your projects within 3 months from the date of the workshop. If the time period elapses, you will have to pay certification fees again for certification.

At the end of the assessment we would like the participants to know how they have faired. We have calibrated the rankings as given below from high honors to pass i.e. from excellent to average performance.

The percentage at each level has been arrived at by a statistical analysis. This percentage can vary from year to year depending on the trends.
Project The project/ assignment would be marked at 100 marks. Each assignment is broken up into sections and each section carries specific weightage. Missing out any section in your project will affect your final evaluation scores. The CODA assignment consists of
1. Diagnose your organization using Malcolm Baldrige Excellence Model. i. List a brief about your organization, industry For each of the 7 aspects of Malcolm Baldrige (aspects like leadership, strategic planning, Customer and market focus, measurement, analysis and knowledge management, workforce focus, process management, results) ii. Identify negative and positive factors. iii. Compare them with best industry practices to give MB score. 2. Analyse your organization using PCMM and at which level it stands.
NOTE - All the participants have to strictly attach the Project Summary in the project, as a part of their submission. Project summary should be a one page abstract inclusive of: i. Objective ii. Scope of project in terms of Department/ positions and industry iii. Methodology followed iv. Brief overview of Findings v. Conclusions Final report as soft copy should be sent to examsupport@mecindia.org It is compulsory to courier the hard copy of the project to the Middle Earth Office Hyderabad. Note: All submitted Assignment will be the Intellectual property of Middle Earth Consultants or Carlton Advanced Management Institute. This may be uploaded on the net and hence any confidential material that is not to be shared should not be put in the assignment. All the project options will be given equal weightage. Middle
Earth will not be responsible for any loss of confidentiality suffered by the company.
