Saucy Cheesy Spaghetti

Ingredients
kg cup cup cup 1 pouch (560 grams) 1 pack (400 grams) 1 pouch (200 grams) Ground Beef Canned Mushroom Butter Milk Del Monte Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce Del Monte Spaghetti Del Monte Cheese Magic Sauce (or ground pork) (sliced) (or margarine) (fresh milk or evaporated milk)

Cooking Procedure:
1. Saut beef and mushrooms in 1 tablespoon oil for 5 minutes or until beef is cooked. 2. Add DEL MONTE Spaghetti Sauce. Cover and Simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside. 3. Boil DEL MONTE Spaghetti for 8 minutes. Drain water. To the pasta, add butter, milk and half of DEL MONTE Cheese Magic. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally 4. Add spaghetti sauce mixture. Stir until well blended. Serve topped with remaining cheese magic. Makes 9 servings.

Beef Caldereta
Ingredients
3 tbsp 1 pc (120 grams) 4 tsp 2 cups kg 1 pc 1 tbsp 1 pc (medium) cup 1 pouch (80 grams) Cooking Oil Potato Liver Spread Water Beef Brisket Siling Labuyo Cheese Red Bell Pepper Green Peas Del Monte Quick 'n Easy Caldereta Sauce (cut into chunks) (sliced) (grated) (cut into strips) (frozen/cooked) (cut into chunks)

Cooking Procedure:
1. Fry potatoes in 2 tablespoons oil. Set aside. 2. In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon oil then Stir-Fry liver spread and beef until both sides of meat are brown. Add 2 cups water. Cover and Simmer for 45 minutes or until tender. Retain only 1 cup broth (or add water to make 1 cup broth). 3. Add DEL MONTE Quick n Easy Caldereta Sauce, siling labuyo and cheese. Simmer for 5 minutes then add bell pepper and green peas. Simmer for another 3 minutes. Stir in fried potatoes. Adobong Liempo
Ingredients
kg cup cup tsp 1 pc tsp cup 1 to 2 pouches (115 grams each) Pork Ribs/Belly Soy Sauce Garlic Peppercorn Laurel Iodized Fine Salt Del Monte Red Cane Vinegar Del Monte Pineapple Tidbits (or tsp iodized rock salt) (minced) (cut into serving portions)

Cooking Procedure:
1. Place the Del Monte Red Cane Vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, peppercorns, laurel, iodized fine salt, and Del Monte Pineapple Tidbits in a bowl. Marinate meat for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator. Drain, reserve marinade. Pan-grill or charcoal-grill meat until done. Serve with the adobo sauce.

2. To make the adobo sauce, pour reserved marinade in the same pan used for cooking the pork and simmer for 8 minutes. Pour over liempo or serve on the side. Makes 6 servings Lusog Notes: This is a good source of iron, which helps keep your red blood cells healthy and prevent anemia.

Cooking Procedure:
1. saut garlic, onion and pork for 5 minutes. 2. Add sayote, pineapple syrup, cup water and oyster sauce. season with salt and pepper to taste. simmer until sayote is almost tender. 3. Add DEL MONTE Pineapple Tidbits, beans and bell pepper. simmer until cooked. Makes 4 servings (2 cups) Lusog Notes: Rich in Lysine Promotes children's growth.

Burger Ala Teriyaki


Ingredients
1 stalk 500 grams 150 grams 3 tbsp tsp 6 cloves tsp 2 tbsp tsp 2 tbsp 1 pouch (200 grams) Green Onion Ground Pork Onion All-Purpose Flour Ginger Garlic Black Pepper Soy Sauce Calamansi Juice Brown Sugar Del Monte Original Style Tomato Sauce (cut into strips, optional) (for the burger) (chopped, for the burger) (for the burger) (grated, for the sauce) (minced, for the sauce) (for the sauce) (for the sauce) (for the sauce) (for the sauce) (for the sauce)

Cooking Procedure:
1. Combine ingredients for the sauce. Set aside. 2. Combine ingredients for burger with 1 teaspoon iodized fine salt (or 1 tablespoon iodized rock salt) and 1/3 teaspoon pepper. Mix well. 3. Divide into 11 portions, then shape into patties. Brush with sauce. Pan-grill with little oil or charcoal grill while basting with sauce until just cooked. Cover and Simmer the remaining sauce for 2 minutes. Pour over burgers. Top with green onions. Makes 10 servings
