PREAMBLE

The company basically wanted to improve its and also wanted to acquire detailed knowledge about the satisfying factors in sales process, product & after sales service of Ford car.

There was a crucial need to study these factors, so that company could understand customers expectations better. This would lead the company in modifying the product & service in tune with customers needs & expectations. The company also wanted to know about its viability of its finance scheme & methods of advertisement, the company image, service facility, product features, & the alternative models in the minds of customers.

These aroused the basic need to undertake detailed study on the Customer relationship management with sales process, product & after sales service.
