You can download SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin from the website of your device's manufacturer. Once you have downloaded and installed SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin, you can use it to add Scan to E-mail destinations to your device in one of two ways: [-] Using the SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin interface (recommended)
Follow these steps: 1. On the taskbar, click [Start], point to [All Programs], point to [SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin], and then click [SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin]. 2. Click the device to which you want to add destinations.
3. On the [Tools] menu, click [Address Management Tool].
Log in to the device as necessary.

4. On the [Edit] menu, click [Add New User].
5. Enter the name of the user in the [Name] box, and the name to display in the [Key Display] box on the control panel of the device. Here, we have entered the name Sam User and the key display name S.User. If you want to enter titles, select them from the [Title] boxes. (Titles can be used to divide users into logical groups. Title 1 is alphabetical from AB to XYZ, Title 2 is numerical from 1 to 9, and Title 3 is numerical from 1 to 5.) Next, click [OK].

6. Enter their e-mail address in the [E-mail Address] box, and then click [OK]. Here, we have entered sam@example.address as an example.

7. On the [Edit] menu, click [Apply Settings].

In the [Save In] box, click the location you want to save the address book data in, and then enter a file name in the [File Name] box.Next, click [Save].
5. Open the CSV file you just saved in an application which you can use to edit it. Here, we will use Microsoft Excel as an example. 6. Enter the new users' Registration No., Type, Name, Key Display, Freq., Title 1, Title 2, Title 3, E-mail Address, Use Name as, Protect Sender, User Code, and Group, and then, on the [File] menu, click [Save].

7. On the [File] menu, click [Exit] to close Microsoft Excel. 8. Back in the Address Management Tool window, on the [File] menu, click [Import Data].
9. Click the CSV file you edited in steps 5 through 7, and then click [Open]. 10. Click [OK].
