Posted on | August 3, 2013 | No Comments Unemployment numbers provided by the government do not reflect the real state of affairs, as people who no longer receive unemployment are simply not counted. Latest surveys show that only 47% of the working age Americans are employed, which means that more than half of working age Americans are not working. Numbers of employed in relation to the total number of Americans are intentionally kept fuzzy. According to the US BoLS site, in 2008, 120,589,850 are employed out of an estimated 330,000,000 citizens. Now we have less Americans working and less of them are employed full time. If you look at the total number, we have about 24% of Americans under the age of 18 and some 13% older than 65. So roughly 4 out of 10 Americans or 126 million out of 315 million are not of working age. when you look at employment of working age Americans, we have 90 million not in work force. So, when you add 126 million and 90 million, we have 216 million not in work force. Among them 10 million on SDI disability and 7 million on SSI (people receiving disability checks without contributing a cent to the system). Majority of them state that they are able to work and would work, if they could find a job. These numbers do not include 18 million on unemployment. This comes to 234 million that are not working and only 81 million working. Numbers below show 11 states with the number of people on welfare exceeding the number of people working. Among them are the most populated states of CA and NY. Families on welfare end up getting more from our corrupt government than median working family is getting. (see article below) This means that one person who is working has to carry on his back 3 that are not working. When you look at the percentage of people, who are paying income taxes, you will see that only half of the people who are working, are paying income taxes. This system is totally unsustainable. It is not getting better, it is getting worse. When you legalize estimated 42 million, who came here illegally or overstayed their visas, you will see that majority of them are poor and will pay very little tax if any and vast majority will be applying for SSI, unemployment, Social Security benefits and so on. Placing more people on welfare rolls will not solve the problem. Democrats are voting for amnesty because poor immigrants vote for the Democrats, as they know that for votes Democrats will sell their own mother or to be exact their own country. In terms of the Republicans, it is just pure corruption. Such corruption lead 14 out of 45 Republican senators to sell out their constituency and vote for amnesty. In the House it is clear that the people placed in the leadership positions are the ones who are precisely the most corrupt, have no conscience and are willing to sell the whole nation in exchange for their leadership positions and cushy positions on the boards at the back end of the deal. the only sane solution is: a. Do what Governor Scott Walker did in WI. In order to get any welfare benefits, able body adults have to provide proof that they work somewhere or take a class to learn a trade. WI no longer pays benefits to soap opera watchers and Oprah watchers. b. We have to bring back American jobs that were sent to China and other third world slave labor countries by our corrupt presidents and members of Congress, who signed WTO-GATT in 1993-1994 and supported it since. That includes Bill Clinton, George Bush and Barack Obama, as well as current leadership of Congress, which includes John McCain, Lindsey Graham, Marco Rubio, Jeff Flake, Kelly Ayote, Susan Collins, Lisa Murkovski, all 14 who voted for the amnesty, as well as current leadership House of Representatives leadership of the GOP: John Boehner, Eric Cantor, Kevin McCarthy, Paul Ryan and of course all the Democrats. All of them should go. At this point 99% of Americans are not represented by either party and it might be time for a third party or independent candidates. Two major parties in England started waking up when third party candidates started winning local elections and major party candidates were left in the dust. In Italy Grillo got the highest number of votes. He did not become the prime minister as the major parties formed a coalition, however it is only the matter of time, as the the unrest in citizenry will put in the position of the prime minister third party candidates. We are seeing a similar development in Greece and other European countries. In the U.S. weve seen great excitement about Dr. Ben Carson as a possible independent candidate for the U.S. President. Please, make it a point to call every member of the US House of Representatives. Tell them: we do not want your corruption to turn the whole country into an economic waste zone like Flint or Detroit MI. The answer is not to legalize more illegals and place them on welfare rolls, the answer is in replacing the failed welfare system into work fare system, rejecting Pacific Partnership treaty and rescinding WTOGATT, which will allow us to place tariffs on the products brought from the slave labor countries and put more Americans, particularly young Americans to work.

in fiscal year 2012, between food stamps, housing support, child care,Medicaid and other benefits, the average U.S. Household below the poverty line received $168.00 a day in government support. Whats the problem with that much support? Well, the median household income in America is just over $50,000, which

averages out to $137.13 a day. To put it another way, being on welfare now pays the equivalent of $30.00 an hour for a 40-hour week, while the average job pays $20.00 an hour. Nice huh? NOW DO YOU HAVE THE GUTS TO PASS THIS ON???

Even though the Selective Service received a sworn affidavit of Jeffrey Stephan Coffman, former Chief Investigator of the Special Investigations unit of the U.S. Coast Guard, stating that Obamas selective service registration is a fabricated document, Selective Service administration chose to side step the issue of forgery and simply stated that they cannot produce anything in response to FOIA, as they never filed a complaint with any law enforcement agency. One would expect them to respond whether they did an investigation and what is their conclusion and response in regards to evidence of forgery found by a top governmental official in Obamas Selective Service Certificate, however they simply stated that they did not file a complaint with law enforcement. Further responses are expected from the FBI, Department of Treasury, U.S. Congress and 8 different courts. Public will be provided an update. Attorney Taitz is asking members of the public to assist with research in searching for any and all precedents of governmental agencies refusing to take any action in regards to evidence of flagrant forgery of identification documents of a high ranking official, any and all precedents by the Department of Justice refusing to locate documents submitted to them repeatedly by certified mail, any and all precedents of any and all courts ordering the agencies to find documents and take action. While there is no problem with standing in relation to FOIA, there is a concern in regards to standing in regards to injunctive relief. The level of corruption and criminality in the top echelons of power is unprecedented and it is extremely difficult to overcome the barriers when in five years we could not find one honest judge or one honest official who would take any action in regards to the most brazen and most egregious fabrication of identification papers in the history of this nation and possibly the history of the world. Such criminality in the White House can only exist when the criminal knows that all of the top officials and judges are following the same marching orders. In response to FOIA inquiry of the status of the Quo Warranto complaint submitted by Attorney Orly Taitz to the Justice Department twice by certified mail, counsel for the Justice Department, Vanessa Brinkmann, claims that they cannot find the documents. The documents received by Certified mail twice in April 2009 mysteriously disappeared. This response relates only to Quo Warranto. Other responses are expected shortly in regards to others issues and will be coming from the FBI, Department of Treasury, Selective Service and other agencies and courts. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION UNDER FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT FOIA 5 U.S.552 IN REGARDS TO SUSPECTED FRAUD IN REPORTING THE U.S. DEBT AS STAYING UNCHANGED FOR THE PAST 70 DAYS AT 16,699 TRILLION AFTER IT ROSE OVER 7 TRILLION DURING THE FOUR AND A HALF YEARS OF THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION OR ROUPHLY 298 BILLION EVERY 70 DAYS. Honorable Inspector General:
1. It was disclosed in the U.S. media that the Department of Treasury has reported the U.S. National debt to be at exactly at the same level for the last 70 days staying at $16,699,396,000,000. (Exhibit 2) 2. This report is inconsistent with the debt increase during Obama administration from 9.654 trillion to 16.699 trillion in the past four and a half years. In the beginning of Obama administration national debt was 9.654 trillion and adjusted 7.793 trillion.(Exhibit 1) On May 17.2013 it was 16.699 trillion. 3. According to the article in CNS news increase of debt instruments during the last 70 days by the Federal government was 53.267 billion. Exhibit 3

If one were to deduct current reported U.S. debt from the debt inherited by Barack Obama from Bush administration, it would show over 7 trillion dollar increase in four and a half years or 42.6 billion per day or 298 billion every 70 days. As such it appears that the public is being defrauded at the tune of between 53 to 298 billion. 5. As such petitioner is requesting the following information which is the matter of public concern: a. The name and position of the individual responsible for the reporting of the status of the National debt: is it the Secretary of Treasury Jack Lew or another individual within the Department of Treasury? b. specific formula and methods used by such individual in ascertaining the level of National Debt. c. specific calculations done by the aforementioned individual in ascertaining the National debt in the last 70 days and in the previous 70 days. d. any and all correspondence for the past 100 days from Mr. Barack Obama, Ms. Valerie Jarrett or any other White House official with Mr. Jack Lew, Secretary of the U.S. Treasury , or any other official responsible for calculation and reporting of the National debt. e. evidence of investigation by the Inspector General for the Department of Treasury of the National Debt being reported as unchanged for the past 70 days. f. any and all criminal complaints filed by the Inspector General against any and all individuals involved in misrepresentation or fraud involved in reporting National Debt to be unchanged in the past 70 days. g. Due to the fact that this is a matter of public concern and is important in ascertaining by the public of the way the government operates, this request should be exempt from any fees. In case the agency rules the petition not to be exempt, petitioner is willing to pay for the reasonable fee of copying of no more than 100 pages. If there are more than 100 pages of information available, petitioner is requesting a Vaughn index of all the available information, number of pages and requested fee per page. h. Current FOIA request is being submitted via e-mail and via Federal Express and will be deemed received no later than 08.02.2013. If the agency does not provide a response within allowed 20 business days or 28 calendar days by August 30th 20013, petitioner will consider all agency resources to be exhausted and will seek a redress of grievances via injunctive and declaratory relief in the US District Court in the Central District of California where petitioner is domiciled. Treasury Secretary Jack Lew and Barack Obama (AP Photo/Carolyn Kaster) (CNSNews.com) According to the Daily Treasury Statement for July 26, which the Treasury released this afternoon, the federal debt has been stuck at exactly $16,699,396,000,000.00 for 70 straight days. That is approximately $25 million below the legal limit of $16,699,421,095,673.60 that Congress has imposed on the debt. The portion of the federal debt subject to the legal limit set by Congress first hit $16,699,396,000,000.00 at the close of business on May 17. At the close of every business day since then, it has also been $16,699,396,000,000.00, according to the official accounting published by the Treasury Department. If the debt had increased by even $30 million at any time during those 70 days, it would have exceeded the statutory limit. But, according to the Treasury, the debt did not do that. Instead, it remained precisely $16,699,396,000,000.00. Even though the governments official accounting of the debt has not budged for 70 days, the Treasury has continued to sell bills, notes and bonds at a value that exceeds the value of the bills, notes and bonds it was redeeming. In fact, according to the Daily Treasury Statement for May 17, the Treasury had by then already redeemed approximately $4,776,995,000,000.00 since the beginning of the fiscal year (which started on Oct. 1, 2012). As of that same day, the Treasury had already sold $5,354,508,000.000.00 new bills, notes and bonds during the fiscal year. That represented a net increase in publicly circulating U.S. government debt instruments of $577,513,000,000.00 for the fiscal year. As of July 26, according to the latest Treasury statement, the Treasury had already redeemed approximately $6,128,368,000,000.00 in bills, notes and bonds during this fiscal year. But, at the same time, according to the statement, the Treasury had sold an additional $6,759,148,000,000.00 bills, note and bondsfor a net increase of $630,780,000,000.00 for the year. Thus, the value of U.S. Treasury debt instruments circulating in the public has increased $53.267 billion since May 17even though the Treasury says the debt has remained exactly at $16,699,396,000,000.00 during that time. How could the value of extant U.S. Treasury securities increase by $53.267 billion during a 70-day period when the federal governments debt subject to the legal limit has remained constant at $16,699,396,000,000.00just $25 million below the legal limit? On May 17, the day the debt began its long stay at $16,699,396,000,000.00, Treasury Secretary Lew sent a letter to House Speaker John Boehner. In the letter, Lew said the Treasury would begin implementing what he called the standard set of extraordinary measures that allows the Treasury to continue to borrow and spend money even after it has hit the legal debt limit.
