The Declaration for the alteration of the United States charter and governmental system

To be sent to the Citizens for consideration by the Citizens of the United States, then once approved by the majority then it shall be considered by the representatives of the state legislatures which stemmed from the original thirteen colonies, and upon approval of 3/4's of the states which is the approval from a super majority, will bring fourth a legal declaration for the alteration of the United States charter and system of government of which the people are accustomed to. Note: Grammatical corrections are needed before this document is signed by the citizens of the United States and vetted by several patriot groups to ensure this document is ready for passage by the state legislatures.

Words from the original Declaration of Independence: When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.--Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world. He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good. He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only. He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures. He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people. He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within. He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands. He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers. He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries. He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance. He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures. He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power. He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation: For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us: For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States: For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world: For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent: For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury: For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies: For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments: For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever. He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us. He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people. He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation. He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against

their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands. He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions. In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people. Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our Brittish brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends. We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor. Now the representatives of the United States have been compromised, the justices in the Supreme Court have been wavering in their legal opinions under case law which have corrupted the very foundations of justice and has corrupted the very foundations of the judiciary, and the executive branch has taken on the role of generating it's own laws and policies outside of the verdict of the court and outside of the rule of Congress. The three branches of government are being corrupted and controlled to fulfill an agenda outside of the interests of we the people which have become citizens of the United States. The Constitutional rights we were granted have been eroded under the false guise of fighting terrorism, child abuse, drug addictions, porn addictions, and other problems which do not warrant a full on violent warfare by the police dressed in paramilitary outfits with full battalion gear. Our rights to agriculture, intelligence, our happiness, liberty, raising a family, justice, being creative, healthy competition, and even our own private thoughts are all under attack not just by the corrupt interests that have corrupted our system of government but by our government itself. The government uses terrorism, threats, intimidation, lies, and physiological brainwashing against it's citizens to prevent any dissenting opinions which threatens it's hierarchy. The government has accelerated it's process of using entrapment and setting people up with serious crimes and felonies as another means to stifle our Constitutional rights including the right to keep and bear arms and to speak freely without being silenced by the 'authority'. Hundreds to thousands everyday are being set up with felony crimes everyday and some end up ending years in prison or under bail restrictions before even a pretrial. This is being used to dissolve the Constitutional rights of the citizenry by making almost every American a

certifiable criminal. Every scandal that is coming out on our government is yet another example of the widespread corruption which may never be taken down by any lawful means which was the intent of those whom plotted the corruption of our federal government so they can instigate a civil war or rise in terrorism in order to justify a clampdown on all Constitutional rights and processes. They plan to convert us by using either violent force or by widespread corruption through increment to achieve their objectives. Those absolute objectives are well documented as follows: 1. The destruction of the American republic by claiming our individual private lives are run by a democracy, then the manipulation of the democracy to turn America into a full blown police state run under a quasi-dictatorship. 2. The manipulation and corruption of all elections polls and laws in order to control the candidates to controlled opposition and puppet candidates. 3. The corporate fascist enslavement of all the citizens of the United States. By using government policy and corporate greed the enslavement of the entire populace is ensured while eliminating competition and free market principles. 4. The abuse of power and authority at all government agencies which has even escalated to private security firms and security guards. Now anywhere you go you see a authority figure or private variant of law enforcement harassing and threatening the people. 5. The disregard for the rule of law and the exemption of certain groups from obeying general statutes. Laws are being crafted that are no longer for the public benefit but for the benefit of the very few. The benefit of the elite is now the extent the laws of corruption has pertained to. 6. The destruction and demonizing of the family, the destruction of family values, and the creation of the federal family to which the state is your new mother and father. 7. Crimes are now being openly committed in almost every government agency including the Internal Revenue Service. Accountability of these agencies are at a minimum unless the media adds a spotlight on them. 8. The harassment, fining, raiding, biological warfare, and attacks on everyday family farms by simply not belonging to the corrupt corporations that are contaminating our food supply chain then slowly desecrating the health of the human race inside the United States. The police and agents that raid these farms no longer care about public safety in the food industry but are following orders from their bosses. 9. The forced pedophilia activities in the public schools. The United Nations and other organizations that have their teeth gripped into the Department of Education is converting our schools into sexual pedophile training centers teaching our kids inappropriate things that the average person didn't learn until the age of being a teenager. Overall while teens and preteens are being persecuted for their curiosity and turned into child porn sex offenders to be targets by the pedophiles whom search the sex offender registries for other pedophiles and sex offenders. This is now becoming a fact that the war on children is being instigated by the government while they target many innocent people for the crimes the government has instigated under the guise of protecting the children. Yet there is no end to the corruption of the Child Protection Services that warrant a major threat to the safety and well being of our youth. 10. The terrorist organizations are receiving financial, weaponry, and other forms of aid and abetting that constitutes a highest form of treason. The aiders and abetters are the very criminals inside of the federal government. 11. The demonizing of simple knowledge information sharing or file sharing under the guise of protecting copyright when copyright was meant to protect people's works from those that benefit off of the theft of others intellectual property. It is not only being converted into a crime with stiff penalties, but the criminalization of getting the truth out is slowly being implemented

by the TPTB and other treaties being crafted in secret without the will of the people nor the facts that could threaten the agendas being inflicted upon the populace. Blogs which give out either real facts to the public or opinions are protected under the first amendment yet the corruption in the government is declaring blogs should not be protected from the Constitutional protections also opening them up to threat of copyright infringement lawsuits without protections under the Constitution and fair use. Blogs aren't as controlled as the corporate news media therefore is a discrimination against bloggers as bloggers gain credibility through years of putting our blog article posts. Bloggers can be just as credible as corporate news writers and all it takes is time for a blogger to prove his or her credibility to the community. The Congress has no right to demand news bloggers take a hike that have no rights under the Constitution. If Congress passes a law saying certain races aren't human and shall be a slave to a plantation, that doesn't make the act of Congress valid. Any law which is repugnant to the Constitution is null and void but our Congress has forgotten that fact in the matter of law. 12. With the corruption and militarization of local law enforcement, with the corruption of most to all of the federal agencies, with corruption of the county boards, state police, agents from all branches of government are now harassing the businesses and people eating them of their substance. 13. The government allows biological agents which threaten the health and safety of the American people while henpecking at what we are allowed to eat and attempting to control our eating habits. 14. The government has facilitated and engaged in the killing, harassment, targeting, setting up, blackmailing, threatening, and raiding political activists, news reporters, and those that have in any peaceful way threatened the powers of the corrupt politicians that threaten our liberties, safety, and happiness. 15. The government has raided, harassed, destroyed, attacked, killed, and has imprisoned people over usage of medicinal herbs and medicines. Overall health products that are allowed under prescription are causing irreversible damage to the bodies of almost every American and yet the perpetrators receive no punishment or just a mere slap on the wrist. However drug companies can be sued but laws are being crafted making the pharmaceutical companies immune from lawsuits yet the government forces drugs on the citizenry subjecting us to forceful bodily damages with no remedy from Congress nor some of the courts. Calling medicines drugs and demonizing any form of self improvement in personal health, and targeting medical experts whom have found methods to heal and cure the ills of the human body. 16. The government has fraudulently and abusively enabled the abduction, torture, and killing of any American citizen without any criminal charge nor a trial which was essential to the liberty and security of the people. Even if a court trial created a charge, torture is cruel and unusual punishment, and is prohibited by civil liberties. Killing requires a law violation which warrants the death penalty. The unintended killing of a person is also only warranted under self defense however that is it. The unlawful torture and killing of American citizens without charge and without due process is the violation of the civil rights guaranteed by the Constitution and by law. 17. The government has attempted to criminalize Constitutionally protected gun ownership and usage while the government ships military grade weapons illegally into foreign countries without approval from the representatives and from the people. The government is also attempting to criminalize self defense while the police are being shielded from prosecution when they kill unarmed women, children, their pets, and even men whom pose no threat to law enforcement. 18. Congress now has a super majority of disapproval according to polls and records. Confidence in the Supreme Court and Congress is slowly descending to almost zero. The faith in the Supreme

Court has also faded with every corrupt ruling they make which legitimizes the crimes and horrors of the government. The Executive branch has enabled the signing, crafting, and passing of executive laws using his or her cabinet as a form of tiny legislature to craft executive laws which is in sheer violation of the separation of powers granted in the Constitution. The entire government no longer obeys the roles and traditions of what government stood for but is simply doing whatever they want, excluding the rule of law which prevents the form of corruption every American is now clamped down under with little to no hope of remedy. 19. The government spies on every American citizen automatically assuming they will commit a felony or some other infamous crime without the due process of law which was created under the U.S. Constitution and it's Bill of Rights. Every activity, word, private conversation, intimate encounters, and published thought is under the scrutiny of the government and law enforcement. Any intimate activities between consenting partners is now being secretly watched by the surveillance grid. Bypassing the entire Bill of Rights and laws that were meant to protect the American people from these types of abuses. 20. The government has committed so many other crimes which this declaration shall not document at this time. Only the main abuses of power shall be documented which shows enough abuses warranting a case with the American people as to why a alteration of our federal government is now a necessary act by the states. Once corruption exceeds in federal power, corruption cannot be dissolved by going to the federal government. Corruption will have to be stopped by the will of the states until the issues of corruption in the federal government are at a minimum which can be under the scrutiny of a real Congress that are real representatives of the people. The states originally created the federal government, the continental Congress, the United States, and the Constitution. The Declaration of Independence was created by the support and crafting by the representatives of the thirteen colonies which were the states of America at the time of the founding. The Declaration of Independence stated that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. This declaration is not seeking the abolishing of our federal government but more of a clean sweeping, a reset, a alteration to end the corrupt and illegitimate practices our government has conducted without any course of remedy. Our federal representatives have been corrupted, bribed, threatened, blackmailed, watched, and been put on petty power trips which threaten the liberties, freedom, safety, and happiness of the American people. The same has happened to the Supreme Court, lower courts, and the Executive branch. We are citizens of the United States, we feel we are being unjustly persecuted, we are being eaten of our substance, that we are losing our livelihoods, our families, our health, our liberties, our happiness, and our safety to the government that has no rule of law. The only rule of law the government now follows is their rule of law under their verdicts, under their decisions, under their scrutiny, under their own decrees, and under their versions of justice. However the rule of law was meant to prevent the forms of corruption and injustice which has taken over the United States like a plague of locusts, like a cancer, and like a contamination. Before we the people and the states of the United States execute this declaration, we demand the

following: 1. That our Congress represent their Constituents interests and concerns again, and the interests of the people. 2. That our Executive branch remove and nullify executive orders and actions that in no way, shape or form, was authorized by law and the Constitution. 3. That our Supreme Court reevaluate it's corrupt and unjust rulings and nullify them, reverse them, and grant remedy to the suffered that had been due to damages caused by the corrupt rulings of the Supreme Court. 4. That the federal agencies end their corruption, and to stop going to war with the American citizen. That every federal agency be purged of it's corruption and the appointment of new officers, agents, employees, lawyers, investigators, detectives, warrant officers, and any other form or role of staffer that shall uphold the honor and integrity of the Oath of Office, the Constitution, and of the United States. 5. That the abuses of the government not be justified and must be punished under the fullest extent of the law. 6. That the corrupt laws that have no benefit nor commonwealth for the people, be nullified altogether or in increments due to the large amount of corrupt laws that have already been passed. That the damage done by the corrupt passage of bills be reversed in order to restore order and justice in the criminal justice system and in the civil suits. 7. That the crimes committed by the government be punished under the fullest extent of law then the hearings shall be televised, documented, transcribed, and presented to the American people so they can scrutinize the hearings of their officials being held accountable. 8. That the words public official be revered back to the term of 'public servant' or 'servant of the people' which is only meant to serve the people and protect them under the laws which benefit the commonwealth of the people. To protect the liberty, life, happiness, and safety of the American people be the priority of public servants in law enforcement. No public servant shall elevate himself as an egomaniac to engage in crimes and atrocities against the people they swore to serve and protect. 9. That the corrupt members of Congress be purged from the roles and duties they have delegated themselves to follow. That new elections be held on ballots without any restrictions on candidates based on race, political party, financial backing, or any other discriminatory factors which have threatened competition in the democratic elections process in our republic. Elections shall be based on an open ballet not restricted to the establishment of the two-party political system. The elections will be openly scrutinized by the observers and investigators of the people. If any election has any funny business, fraud, abuse, or even any form of manipulation shall not be considered a valid election and shall be purged from official government record then brought before the Constituents and the American people for evaluation, scrutinizing, and accountability. Then a new election will have to be conducted with any new safe guards and security measures which can prevent the election from becoming an illegitimate voting fraud. 10. That the checks and balances in our Constitution be fully restored and that no court ruling nor Congressional mandate shall nullify any of the checks and balances in the Constitution. The Constitution has a process to change it's code and that process requires approval from 3/4's of the states concurred. Unless Congress garners approval from a super majority of states, any act to nullify any Constitutional process by laws or court rulings shall be null and void regardless of what the Supreme Court rules. The Supreme Court is not above the law and cannot destroy the civil liberties of the people. 11. That government finally follow it's roles and duties, and protect the people from the real

dangers, the real threat to our societies, the real threat to our health and safety, and not engage in war against the American people. Yet the freedom and liberties of the individual, of the family, of the couple, of the children, and of the people be kept. Laws are only meant to protect our rights instead of destroying them then belonging to corrupt interests. If the federal government refuses to follow through with any of the demands above from the American people then it is the duty of the state legislatures and it's people, the citizens of the United States, to move for a resolution to reset the federal government. That a resolution be crafted and approved by the majority of the people. That this resolution remain the same in each individual state legislature and that upon any changing of this resolution, that the states that approved the resolution approve the new changes in accordance to the will of the Constitution convention. That a Constitution convention be convened that will vote on the reset of the federal government, the purge of the statutes, court rulings, and system of government. Of course the resetting may just include the purging of corrupt politicians while keeping the current laws or case laws in place for future alteration. Whatever the Constitution convention decides, by representatives separate from Congress that shall be referred to as delegates that shall come from all the states that participate. These representatives will debate how to alter the corruption of the federal government to get rid of it without resorting to the abolishing of our federal system of government or having to resort to a confederacy which will lead to a civil war. If no remedy can be found to the level of corruption and criminality of our federal government then the only remedy shall be dismissal of our federal government, the abolishing of our federal system and the creation of a new federal government which could be referred to as a confederacy in the event that the federal government refuses to disband on behalf of the super majority of states and from we the people. This declaration asks the state legislatures to craft the following: 1. A house or senate resolution demanding a Constitution convention be created to dissolve the corruption in the three branches of government, in all federal agencies, and in all federal task forces. Also federal law enforcement must be dissolved of all corrupt practices on behalf of the Constitution convention guidelines until a new Congress, Executive Branch leadership, and Supreme Court bench justices can be determined through the appropriate elections and appointments. There shall be laws created preventing shear violations of his/her Oath of Office without legal consequences. 2. That the resolution be in support by the super majority of Constituents participating in this declaration in each respective district of the state. 3. That the resolution work towards dissolving corruption, by removing the corruption from the government before any other option is considered which includes secession and dissolution of our federal government. 4. That the duties and integrity of government be encouraged and enforced by appropriate adjustments to the legal system or the Constitution. 5. That the actions of the state legislature will do everything in their power to ensure that people will trust and approve their government again. The patriot groups and major political organizations shall be responsible with putting out this declaration for gathering signatures by each American citizen. Foreigners shall have no right to interfere with this process and their signatures shall not be valid. The signed copies of the declaration by Constituents shall be sent to their representatives for the crafting of a bill of resolution. That this resolution demand that the corruption be dissolved through a Constitutional reset and demanding our federal government accomplish certain tasks to restore faith and integrity in the system of government. If the federal government refuses to dissolve the corruption and criminality conducted within the

government then the states shall vote to take away the federal government's legal power, authority and jurisprudence then a new federal government shall be created to restore the three branches of government back to what the founding fathers intended. All men and women are created equal. The rights of all men and women of all races shall be protected yet laws should not be passed protecting the elite corporations while the average citizen and businessperson is harassed to no end which is discrimination. The states have the power under the Declaration of Independence and under Article V(Constitution convention clause) to demand the federal government change it's ways or dissolve it's power and authority. Governments run by corruption do not prosper and only crumble a country into lawlessness. Governments ran by anarchy rule that make whatever rules they want while expecting us to follow their decrees bear no fruit. Systems of governments must exist for protection of our liberties and freedom. Our civil rights must be protected by some form of authority but must remain free from corruption and atrocity. Hereby We The People submit this declaration in petition to our representatives in our state legislature asking for a resolution to be crafted and voted on by will of this declaration and by the support of the super majority of Constituents.

I want a reform or change in the federal government and believe we can no longer stop the corrupt in our federal government and are now forced to resort to the states for resolving the issues with our federal government. I humbly ask that you work towards restoring our republic and removing the corruption within the entire federal government by any legal means that are at your disposal.
