Introduction Some of the most satisfying meals around the world were not in restaurant or homes.

It is most commonly associated with Asia, but every country around the world has some food to w/c its rushed commuters, hungry students and hurried shoppers. It is a large source of employment these local culinary traditions and consistently enhance tourism sector and plays a significant proportions. This food vending activity on the street pertains to the unorganized sector yet pitch in. sounds low, standard yet depends on the service and productions and concerned mainly in the quality of food that served. Moreover, not adequately hygienic street foods are totally safe for human consumption having unfavorable effect on public health. Likewise, the issues of vendors identity, their economic sustainability and health conditions, are also the areas if concerns. That is why we chose a fast food that is something unique like pakal. because the variety of the raw materials or ingredients is plenty and it shows a lot about a cultures creativity and ingenuity here in the Philippines , the only chicken parts we dont eat are the beak feathers and the claws. Everything else is a free for all. Pakal is the combination of the word Pagkaing kalye street food obtainable from a streetside vendor, often from a makeshift of portable stall. While some street foods are regional. it caters common street foods here in the Philippines, but in a unique/new way. Tourists could experiences street foods in a safe way. Safety of street foods will be assured. Our objectives is to experience street foods, to treasure Filipino foods and sustained for the next generation. It is

located in a particular place near JY Squre , Lahug , Cebu City. This project assures to be a feasible and visible to everyone.
