* Rates displayed here are subject to change. We will work month-to-month at these flat rates but a contract will lock in your rates for the period of the contract. Example Example of a Tier 1 Company (Machete Company, Inc.): In a single month Machete has: 8 invoices from his suppliers They need entered into the books - 8 transactions They need Paid when they're due - 8 transactions 8 monthly bills like utilities, rent, telephone, trash removal and insurance. They need entered into the books - 8 transactions They need Paid when they're due - 8 transactions 8 jobs completed for which his customers need invoiced, printed and mailed - 8 transactions Received 9 checks for payment of previous jobs which need entered - 9 transactions Machete needs his documents picked up weekly for accounting and processing so his client's invoices go out right away and his bills are paid on time - (This is included in the package) Machete has 2 bank accounts that need reconciled each month - (This is included in the package) Machete has 3 clients that are slightly past due and need statements sent to them marked "Past Due" (This is included in the package) Machete wants to see his monthly income and balances on statement reports so he knows how his business is doing overall financially - (This is included in the package) -----------Totaling the above Machete has 32 A/P transactions and 17 A/R transactions for the month for a total of 49 transactions. He pays a flat rate of only P2,500 for all the above services (excluding out of pocket costs). If Machete has a busy month and runs over his package limit he isn't gouged or punished for this. Additional transactions are only a few pesos each. If his extra transactions reach the next package tier he automatically pays the next tier price if its to Machete's benefit. Machete doesn't need to buy or own a computer or accounting software. Machete can devote all his energy to doing what he does best - his business! Other Services Fee
