I agree to sign their form of lease (subject to reasonable changes acceptable to the Landlord) and pay monies due within 24hrs or forfeit the entire application fee. I hereby consent that, and authorize the agent to at all times (a) contact, request and obtain information from any credit provider (or potential credit provider) or registered credit bureau relevant to an assessment of my behaviour, profile, payment patterns, indebtedness, whereabouts, and creditworthiness (b) furnish information concerning my behaviour, profile, payment patterns indebtedness, whereabouts, and creditworthiness of myself to any registered credit bureau or to any credit provider (or potential credit provider) seeking a trade reference regarding my dealings with the landlord. If it comes to light that that any negative aspect of the application process was not adequately divulged by the applicant then the application fee will be immediately forfeited. The final decision to proceed with a lease is entirely at the Landlords discretion and no reason for an unsuccessful application will be given. The entire application will be refunded in the event that the applicant is unsuccessful in their application by virtue of the Landlord accepting an alternative applicant. The application fee to be refunded to the nominated account herein or to be emailed to the agent within 7 days of the application or the application fee will be forfeited. All cash deposit handling fees for the cost of the tenant at all times and the charges to be added with every cash payment or payable on demand.
