Design Appraisal of Piping & Mechanical aspects.

Scope of Work Review of Design Documents (i.e. Functional Description, Operational Philosophy's, HAZOP, CHAZOP, test procedures) Review of P&ID's, UFD's Review of piping, valves & nozzles specifications, datasheets & technical information Review of mechanical equipment specifications and datasheets, performance curves & technical information Review of piping plans and Isometrics Review of piping stress analysis, review of surge analysis

Inputs Design documents, document register Regulations, referenced codes, standards and specifications Deliverables Comment Response Sheets (CRS's) Design Appraisal Document (DAD) at completion Notes, Exclusions, etc. This quote is based on one submission of documents plus one revision to resolve any LR comments. Further submissions shall be charged for as an additional cost. LR EMEA design review will comprise a review of the necessary documentation requested by our discipline specialists in order to satifiy ourselves that the design of the proposed system complies with the requirements of the applicable project performance standards, project specifications, design bases, regulations, standards and codes as applicable. Certifications in-situ are excluded. Mechanical Calculations and (3rd party) Stress Analysis are excluded Design appraisal outside package's limits PED compliance is excluded CTR Estimate Personnel Hrs M2 Rate Cost Comments
