Hot and cold water connections to free standing machines, chemical lines. and some liquid foodstuffs. Because this hose is PVC free it is also suitable for a wide range of applications where end users are concerned about the possibility of phthalate (plasticizer) migration. The hose has a very good chemical resistance and will convey many chemicals, and chemical solutions in water
The working pressures given in the table above are based on a 4:1 safety factor on the short term burst at 20C. Any increase in the working temperature above 20C will decrease the working pressure of the hose.

No flame spread - When fire tested FOAM ST does not generate flaming droplets, has no flame spread and has a low fire propagation value. These combined meet the fire performance requirement of Class 0 as defined in Building Regulations. Further guarantee is given by supervision contracts with independent European laboratories. High water vapour diffusion resistance - FOAM ST closed cell elastomeric insulation has a high diffusion resistance factor that minimises water vapour penetration, giving excellent long-term performance. Very low thermal conductivity - FOAM ST thermal conductivity is 0C=0.035 E/(mm.K)a
