Perform commissioning and troubleshooting of Traffic node of various capacities (2P, 6P, 20P). Troubleshooting of Traffic Node. SW Base line up gradation. Commissioning & troubleshooting of Ericsson BTS 3G (Node B - 6101, 6202, and 6601). Monitored and analyzed the alarms in the network elements and recommended the possible solutions for improvement for 2G and 3G RBS. Fault analysis and rectification of quality degraded alarms in network for 2G & 3G. Resolving customer issue complaints like coverage issues, call drop, handover issues Preparation of site specific documentation which includes PCM plan, MW connectivity plan, Telecom Inventory, (Drop inserts or loop configuration).

Responsible when working In NMC. BSC/RBSC Alarm monitoring, Fault Management, Configuration Mgt, Network Performance Mgt, Network Security Mgt. Monitoring & escalation of signaling outage of BSS/NSS nodes. Fault & trouble shooting of BTS sites along with power alarm information. Provide online support to field engineers for different Ericsson BTS. Handling Core Network Operation NMC Department of entire M.P & C.G circle. Routine backup & Health checkup of the BSCs. Provide support for network faults and capable of alarm troubleshooting and analysis provide recommendations to improve network performance and availability. Configuration and Testing of EDGE/GPRS services in BSC and RBSC. Integration of Sites, Changing sites parameters like frequency, LAC, Cell power from BSC, Defining neighboring cell relationships, Site Database creation & TRX addition in BSC. Rectify faults on ERICSSON GSM site with the least possible downtime by proper arrangements of replacement. Hardware expansion & definition. Maintaining Records of Hardware & Spares.

RNC(Ericsson ) Fault & trouble shooting of Node B sites along with power alarm information. Changing Node B parameters like BCCH, LAC & others. Monitoring & escalation of signaling outage of Node B. Routine backup & Health checkup of the Node B & RNC.
