Meca Flock Polymers

MF Polymers are water soluble, synthetic flocculants of high mole cular weight based on Polyacrylamide. MF Polymers floccu lants are also co-polymers of acryl amide with acrylic acid and acrylic esters. MF Polymers are available in powder & jelly form as Non-Ionic, An Ionic or Ca tionic type. MF Polymers Flocculant can be extensively used to increase the state of aggregation of suspended solid particles in any aqueous system to facilitate their removal. In many industrial process, municipal water treatment plants and sewage treatme nt plants, one encounters very finely suspended particles, which are extremely difficult to remove. MF Polymers flocculants can address this problem quite efficiently. MF Polymers can either be used alone or in combination with inorganic primary coagulants like hydrated lime, ferrous sulfate, ferric alum and Poly Aluminum Chloride . It can be used efficiently in a wide range of applications, particularly for waste water: Textile industries: For Decolouring and Sedimentation of effluent. Dyes & Intermediates: For Decolouring and flocculation of Effluent. Drugs & Pharmaceuticals: For Sedimentation and Decolouring of Effluent. Steel Plants for removal of suspended solids from gas cleaning plant effluent. Splitting of Oil emulsions from automobile plant effluents. Paper Industry: as Retention aid and recovery of fines from save all. Sugar Industry: For sugar juice clarification. Separation of iron ore tailings from iron ore slurry. Clarification of brine and sea - water during the manufacture of Caustic soda and Soda ash respectively. In the clarification of potable water in conjunction with alum or polyaluminium chloride. Properties
Weigh exactly 0.25 gm of product. While stirring add very slowly 0.25 gm of MECA FLOCK. Continue stirring till all granules are dissolved till homogeneous solution is formed.

Color Removal Chemicals

Benefits
Small dose requirement. Retention time is low. Forms tough, dense & compact flocks. Energy consumption is less Treated water can be easily discharged or re - used for other applications.

Microflock-90 (Cationic Coagulant)

MICRO FLOCK -90 is a color removal Chemical, the first of its kind in India, which removes color of waste water generated by Textiles Process Houses and Dyes Industries. It is medium. Molecular weight Organic Coagulants, an in house development, is in response to a pressing market need. These colored effluents, generated by the industries, when left untreated, play havoc with reusab le water resources. For process house in water scare areas, it comes as a heaven send facilitating recycling of the Industrial effluent into process water.

Flocculation and Settling

During this stage dyes or color waste water shall be treated by the pH a djustable chemicals like Sulphuric Acid, Hydro Chloric Acid, Lime, PAC etc. along with Micro Flock-90 as an Organic Coagulants. Color in a colloidal form is removed from the clarifier in the form of a thick sludge by the sedimentation. Clear colorless water is further treated in the second stage.

We are a recognized environmental auditor for this purpose by Gujarat Pollution Control Board. As per this scheme, environmental audits are carried out every year by following specific rules and procedures. We have carried out such audits for a large number of industrial like textiles, pharmaceuticals, paints, dyes, metal etc. Environmental Auditing is a management tool comprising of a systematic, documented; periodic and objective eval uation of how well the environment management systems are performing with the aim of waste prevention and reduction, assessing compliance with regulations, facilitating control of environmental practices by company's management, and placing environmental information in the public domain. We are recognized auditors for Environmental Audits (Schedule II) and enlisted consultants for Gujarat Pollution Control Board.
