Cover page (Title Page) o The title of the report, name of the author o The qualification for which the report is a part, name of the department o The date of the completion of the report

Abstract This summary of the report should be half a page in length. It gives the potential reader a framework showing the main features of each section of the report including any conclusion reached.

Acknowledgement Declaration Contents (Table of contents List of Figures) This gives the reader a detailed structure for the report giving headings and associated page numbers
