Providing support to the presenters to set up the visualization equipments. Prepare the annual business plan (installation/development) as per requirements. Approach the equipment suppliers to check the equipment availability, find alternative equipments as per specs in case of non -availability and negotiate required equipment specification and price. Prepare the annual budget and purchasing plan. Study the installation manual, verify the installation requirement, assign the installation to the qualified technician then supervise and assist if required. Museum Development Plans: Improve the Performance Indicators by analyzing the facilities week points in term of systems and equipment performance, function and frequent of breakdown. Review the Performance Indicators and prepare corrective procedures to improve the KPIs in case of results is above/below the target. Search for the best international practices that will improve the facilities services. Prepare annual development plan for the department facilities based on the gathered information from the above points or other customer feedback sources. Achievements: Establishing of the digital planetarium-full dome.
