G. Schiele & Co was founded in Frankfurt am Main by Georg Schiele in 1865. From the beginning, Schiele have been manufacturers of centrifugal fans and blowers, earning an international reputation. Since 1999, Schiele are proud to be integrated into the Business Unit Compressors of AG KK&K. This will form the basis for extended customer service and satisfaction now and into the future.

Overview

R K / R R
The R K and R R series include singlestage fans and blowers in fabricated, modular design allowing optimum adaptation to nearly all process requirements.

Available modules include: Large variety of materials for impellers and casings, including carbon and stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, nickel alloys Coatings available, including rubber lining, E-CTFE etc. Inlet guide vanes for effective part load control Various shaft seal systems, such as labyrinths with or without purge, stuffing boxes, double mechanical seals, single, double or tandem dry gas seals etc. Different bearing versions and lubrication systems in accordance with the mechanical requirements R K series direct driven by electric motor or steam turbine, or via gearbox and/or hydraulic coupling R R series driven via belt drive, offering a compact alternative to the R K arrangement where required for smaller process plants Flexibility in direction of rotation and discharge nozzle orientation to meet installation requirements

The R G series includes single-stage integrally geared blowers in fabricated, modular design allowing the optimum adaptation to nearly all process requirements.
