Emergency Response Plan There shall be Emergency Response Plans at Company Headquarters, Region, district and each rig. The Emergency Response Plans shall be made in writing and available to the personnel concerned.

Alarms The MIC is responsible for defining clearly distinguishable alarm signals to identify various emergency situations.

Drills Drills shall be conducted at specified intervals and attended by all required personnel.

HSE Meetings All Company personnel shall participate in a HSE meeting at least once a week. Third party personnel and Client shall be invited to the HSE meetings.

Toolbox (pre-job) meeting Prior to starting any non-routine job, a toolbox (pre-job) meeting shall be held by the Supervisor in charge to acquaint each person involved in the operation with the scope of work, the hazards and the specific procedures to be followed.

HSE Committee Confirm through sampling last three committee meeting minutes that they are held at least once every three months. Identify members and ensure committee make up meets requirements of HSE Manual.

Permit to Work System Check all open permits for compliance with Sedco Forex system. Ensure by visual means that all necessary safety precautions as stated on permit are in force at work site. From a sample of archived permits, confirm that all permits are closed out satisfactorily.

Before installing any third party equipment that can create a hazard when rigged-up and/or operated, an authorization to rig-up third party equipment shall be approved by the MIC.
