10 RF cable,connector & RF connector tool should be from same manufacturer. 11 Weather proofing of connection between outdoor jumper with RF cables should be properly done. 12 Weather proofing should be done from bottom to top of RF cables and jumper connection. 13 While assembling earthing kits on each cables,care should be taken that all the earthing kits should be on same point of contact on all cables. 14 All cu cables of earthing kits should be routed alongwith the respective RF cable in downward direction i.e. there should not be any loop. 15 All cu lugs from earthing kits should be routed & grounded separately on EGB. 16 Weather proofing of earthing kits should be done properly. 17 While installing C-clamp on the tower body,care should be taken that paint should be removed from tower body where C-clamp is going to be installed.

18 While bending the RF cables care should be taken that bending radius should be greater than 300mm. 19 RF clamps should be assembled properly on cable tray. 20 Routing of RF cables through Six-way clamp should be proper in such way that cables from 1st sector should be routed through top or bottom section of six-way clamp,2nd sector should be routed through middle section of six-way clamp,3rd sector should be routed through bottom or top section of six-way clamp. 21 Cable tie should provided on eac h & every strip of cable tray. 22 Cable tie should be cutted properly. 23 Direction of knot of cable tie should be same for all. 24 Tie should be provided in double cross with single cable tie only. 25 While routing cables through Roxtec from outside to inside of shelter,care should be taken that it should take S-shaped structure to avoid any entrance of water. 26 As for 4 rubber boot Roxtec,routing of cables should be proper such that cables from each sector should be inserted through separate rubber boot and through the holes which are horizontal to each other on separate rubber boot. 27 All the remaining holes on the boots which are not used should be properly filled by weather proofing tape. 28 The gap between Roxtec and shelter's wall should be properly filled by Silicon gel. Indoor 29 We should wear ESD band while taking entry inside the shelter. Connection of Surge arrestors. 30 Connection between Surge arrestor and feeder cable should be properly tighten. 31 Connection between Surge arrestor and jumper cable should be properly tighten. 32 Surge arrestors should be properly grounded to IGB. 33 All the grounding connections of surge arrestors should be separately routed & grounded on IGB. 34 Grounding connections of surge arrestors at the IGB should be properly tightened. 35 lugs should be properly crimped by crimping tool at IGB end.

36 While removing outer insulation of grounding cable at IGB end,care should be taken that inner core of cable should not be damaged. 37 While removing outer insulation of grounding cable at IGB end,care should be taken that direction of knife should be away from the body. 38 PVC tape should be properly wrapped around lugs and cable connections at IGB end. 39 There should not be any gap in between connection of cu lug and cables at IGB end. 40 While routing cables from IGB to Surge arrestors there should not be any cross routing. 41 Cable tie should provided on eac h & every strip of cable tray. 42 Cable tie should be cutted properly. 43 Direction of knot of cable tie should be same for all. 44 Tie should be provided in double cross with single cable tie only. 45 While routing cables on the cable tray,it should be routed in straight way. 46 There should not be any vertical bending or loop. 47 lugs should be properly crimped by crimping tool at Surge arrestor end. 48 While removing outer insulation of grounding cable at Surge arrestor end,care should be taken that inner core of cable should not be damaged. 49 While removing outer insulation of grounding cable at Surge arrestor end,care should be taken that direction of knife should be away from the body. 50 PVC tape should be properly wrapped around lugs and cable connections at Surge arrestor end. 51 There should not be any gap in between connection of cu lug and cables at Surge arrestor end. 52 Connection between indoor jumper and BTS ports should be properly tightened. Installation of BTS53 There should not be any continuity in between the fastner and BTS. 54 BTS should be properly levelled. 55 BTS should not be moved while applying any force from its original position. 56 Fastners should be tight in random diagonal manner. 57 BTS should be placed at accurate position as mentioned in floor plan. 58 Bit of drill machine used to make a holes should be aligned with the centre of marked position.

59 All the fastners should be tightened simaltaneously i.e. 2 to 3 rounds of drive to each fastner simaltaneously. 60 All the fastners should be properly tightened. Installation of TR61 There should not be any continuity in between the fastner and TR. 62 TR should be properly levelled. 63 TR should not be moved while applying any force from its original position. 64 Fastners should be tight in random diagonal manner. 65 TR should be placed at accurate position as mentioned in floor plan. 66 Bit of drill machine used to make a holes should be aligned with the centre of marked position. 67 All the fastners should be tightened simaltaneously i.e. 2 to 3 rounds of drive to each fastner simaltaneously. 68 All the fastners should be properly tightened. Installation of B.B.&P.P. cabinet69 There should not be any continuity in between the fastner and Cabinet. 70 Cabinet should be properly levelled. 71 Cabinet should not be moved while applying any force from its original position. 72 Fastners should be tight in random diagonal manner. 73 Cabinet should be placed at accurate position as mentioned in floor plan. 74 Bit of drill machine used to make a holes should be aligned with the centre of marked position. 75 All the fastners should be tightened simaltaneously i.e. 2 to 3 rounds of drive to each fastner simaltaneously. 76 All the fastners should be properly tightened. 77 P.P. should be properly placed on the base above the B.B. Installation of DDF78 All the screws should be properly tighten. 79 DDF block should be properly aligned on the wall of shelter. 80 Bit of drill machine used to make a holes should be aligned with the centre of marked position. Grounding connections of EquipmentsGrounding connection of BTS81 Grounding connections of BTS at the IGB should be properly tightened.

Connection of fuse to B.B.lugs should be properly crimped by crimping tool at both ends. While removing outer insulation of grounding cable at both ends,care should be taken that inner core of cable should not be damaged.
