I tried to register again and it does not allow since the customer id is there. I tried forgot option but it is not allowing saying the answer to challenge question is wrong. I have problem with getting the connection no matter its day or night. It is taking around 10 min to get the connection. It keeps disconnecting periodically and to get back connection it takes another 10 min. Complaint to the department never yielded any result.
