As part of an individual analysis and according to the profile My Career Plan, shows the results of a survey can identify areas of opportunity for one person. Although each individual knows his style and qualities through this resource can expand knowledge about oneself. In the second stage of this analysis is known about the proper work environment as personality style. In this paper, we will be discussing these results and how you can identify the ideal job that allows developing strategic plans to achieve the objectives of the organization. Moreover the qualities that lead to a SWOT analysis and how these criteria are essential for this study. After a series of questions, the results about the work environment indicate that both areas that highlight High Powered, Well Resources and Expert Levels are suitable according to my personal style. Although one meet and be developing a professional style as experienced this type of analysis highlight areas of opportunity. Research the type of work culture helps in learning self. These influences greatly to how each individual can be located for a team and performing the company's strategic plans. According to this analysis of personal strengths is being in a high demand environment where one learns new skills. This could be identified as well as strength and opportunity given to the current status in the markets where the need to learn different areas and advances in markets that require employment culture to be that way. However, a weakness or limitation may be the environment, location or place of employment. Not necessarily the environment can

Finally, conducting a SWOT analysis is to compare the qualities and skills to analyze the situation and basic elements. These additions allow projections and activities related to each area in the company. To investigate areas of social interest, competitors and achieve technology breakthroughs that affect the environment and how it develops.
