Our company has been in existence since October 8, 2004. Our first batch of students enrolled for the purpose of reviewing for the local Nurse Licensure Examinations for June of 2005. The reviews were conducted in Lucena City, Quezon Province with thirty-six (36) students mostly from the vicinity. With a lean workforce of five (5) staff members plus a roster of Professors per subject, that first batch produced a respectable 70% passing rate. Riding high on the success of our initial venture, the company then branched out to Naga City, Camarines Sur on August 31, 2005. In preparation for the December Nurse Licensure Examinations of the same year, seventy-eight (78) students entrusted us with their dreams of becoming nurses. Of these seventy-eight students, four (4) emerged as board topnotchers. For the board examinations of the same year, enrollees in Lucena City grew to eighty (80). Our student population has kept on expanding since. Our Lucena City branch accommodated one-hundred twenty (120) students reviewing for the June 2006 board examinations, of which three (3) students made it to the official Top Ten. Encouraged by our humble accomplishments and wanting to share our success with more students across the country, we opened our branch in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija in February 2006. Immediately, and with little fanfare, one-hundred twenty-six (126) nursing graduates availed of our review services. From this number, we were able to produce two (2) topnotchers. Buoyed by the confidence and trust bestowed upon us by students in three different provinces, we offered our program and services to the administration and graduating students of the Southern Luzon Polytechnic College (SLPC) in Lucban, Quezon Province. In preparation for the December 2006 Licensure Examinations, we provided SLPC with a comprehensive integrated review program catering specifically to their latest batch of nursing graduates after a series of diagnostic exams. Through the mutual effort and hard work of our line-up of professors and staff, the dedication of the SLPC students and the support of their school administrators, their school gained national acclaim by landing Top 2 among top performing nursing schools on the national level, and as the TOP performing nursing school in Region 4 with 99% passing rate.
Aim.One Center for Career Development and Academic Services Corporation has never looked back since then. It now counts the following schools as clients with integrated review programs, to wit:
