How to setup KTA3100 VOIP-Connections adapter 1 LAN and 4 FXS


1. Before powering up the phone Check the voltage requirements for the adapter. It should be 100 240v, 50 60 Hz. 2. Connect the Ethernet cable (LAN / Internet) to the LAN port behind the adapter 3. Connect a telephone line to FXS1 port in the adapter 4. You can also connect 3 more phones (in total 4 phones) to FXS1, FXS2, FXS3 and FXS4 ports. 5. Connect the power adapter to the power socket 6. Use the phone connected to FXS1 lift the handset you should hear the dial tone 7. Press * four times on the phone (****) 8. You will get a voice menu options. 9. Dial 100* and listen for the IP address of the device. Note the IP address 10. Open your browser and type http://<IPaddress> of the adapter 11. User ID: <username> and password: <password> 12. Note down the MAC address and email it to us

13. Click SIP menu on top of the webpage a. Click Server option from the right hand menu

14. Update the info as following Address : nyc-02.mypbxmanager.net <- make this change Port : 5060 Domain Name: nyc-02.mypbxmanager.net <- make this change Check send domain name with 60 NAT Traversal Settings - NONE Check # use as a quick dial function SIP Encypt disable

15. Click Extensions on the right hand side menu

a. Update as follows SIP Extensions Check 2,3,4 6, 8, 9 SIP Timers Check 3 15 secs

16. Click User1 on the right hand menu and update as follows

Check IP relay (note the diagram above shows not checked, but you need to check IP relay settings) User 1 Primary Server, Caller ID: (usename) Port 5060 Username: (usename) Password: (password) Line 1 AEC control ON
