Tea Being Happy! Psychologist Group discussions application of knowledge & tips within the school / education environment. Lunch Lecture : Reading Food Label This talk presents an overview of the nutrition-related health Dietitian concern of Singaporeans, and how a healthy diet can help overcome these issues. It outlines the educational tools that Health Promotion Board has put in place (such as the Healthier Choice Symbol and Nutrition Information Panel) to help you eat well and live well. Confused by terms like 25% less sugar, 97% fat free, and high fibre? Ever wondered what all those food labels mean? Learn how to make sense of food labels, understand nutrition panels, make the right choices by knowing the fat content/kind of fat in foods, and learn about heart healthy food choices.

Group A1 : (12pax) Activity: Supermarket Visit (1.5 hours) By the end of the session, the participants will be able to: o identify food groups o identify healthier healthy food preparation and cooking tips o identify special purpose foods o identify healthier choice symbol products Group A2 : Armchair Supermarket Tour We have developed an Armchair Supermarket Tour. This is conducted in-house.
