TERMS AND CONDITIONS

FIRM ORDER LETTER ALONG WITH THE ADVANCE TO BE FORWARDED TO QUALICE SOLUTIONS TO START THE PROJECT WITH A LEAD TIME OF 7-10 DAYS MINIMUM THE CLIENT AGREES TO PAY FEES AS SERVICES ARE RENDERED. THE INVOICE WILL BE RAISED AFTER COMPLETION OF DEFINED PHASE AND PAYMENT SHOULD BE MADE IN 15 DAYS. QUALICE SOLUTIONS WILL DEPUTE CONSULTANT (S) FOR ALL NECESSARY SUPPORT REQUIRED AS SCHEDULED IN THE ACTION PLAN. WEEKLY MINIMUM TWO VISIT WILL BE DONE BY QUALICE SOLUTIONS, HOWEVER IT MAY INCREASE AT THE TIME OF AUDIT AND COMPLETE THE PHASE IN TIMELY MANNER THE COMPANY WILL NOMINATE A MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE & DEPARTMENTAL COORDINATOR TO CO-ORDINATE THE ENTIRE ACTIVITY AS SCHEDULED. THE COMPANY SHALL PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION AND HAVE ACCESS TO RELEVANT DATA, QUALICE SOLUTIONS ENSURE CONFIDENTIALITY OF ALL SUCH INFORMATIONS THE COMPANY SHALL ENSURE TIMELY IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SYSTEMS AS GUIDED BY QUALICE SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT (S).
