Oketsu Chart

Reflex: Left K15-St 26. St 27 aresa Also palpate Right Hypochondriac (Liver) to check severity of oketsu affecting the Liver.

Treatment: Basic Left Liver 4 (usually15-45 deg with flow. Reduce pressure pain of oketsu 5085%. Left Lu 5. (usually 15-45 deg with flow) Direct moxa. Stimulate Lu 5 every 5 minutes Bilateral Immune Points LI 11-10. Direct moxa. If Lv 4 not release oketsu, go Lu 5 first (differential dx of immune/resp disorder causing oketsu). Insignificant Release of Oketsu3 possibilities 1. Inner thigh vascular compression *palpate inner thigh for pain/tightness/lumpiness *needle superficial. 2mm. 5 minutes. Up the channel. *remove needles. If still painect. Repeat procedure *if pressure pain reduced. Repeat Basic Oketsu. Internal Diseases. Basic. *palpate area around st30 at insertion of inguinal ligment. *needle shallow, under skin, above hardness or gummies, at angle that releases the oketsu pressure pain. Extreme St 30 Prssr Pain - visceroptosis treatment *palpate st 13. Usually 45 deg upward toward LI 15. *needle in the exact angle that releases prssr pain at St 30. *then St 30 needle directly to reduce prssr pain at Oketsu Sign. *fyi: theres much more for the viscero protocol. 1. Gently stim to soften muscles. 2. *If Right Bl 17/18 is higher or much more painful than left sideNeedle BL 35 on left in exact angle to reduce Bl17/18 prssr pain. --its a sign of rectal vein ongestion/constipation/hemorrhoids/colitis/liver disease. --needle 50mm needle perpendicular. --if Cold. Use kyutoshin.
