Member understands that TMC will communicate with member at its own discretion and that it has no obligation to do otherwise. In the event that TMC communicates with member, it makes no representations; and strictly disclaims any responsibility that said communication is actually received by member. No Endorsement The information provided to you by TMC may contain references to other content providers, investment newsletters and links to internet sites. Such references and internet sites are provided for reference only and were independently developed by parties other than TMC. If member agrees to continue membership in TMC on an annual basis, members annual membership fee will be billed directly to client at the beginning of each subscription period until the service is cancelled. Member may cancel at any time, but IT IS THE MEMBERS RESPONSIBILITY TO INITIATE THE CANCELLATION AND TO FOLLOW-UP IF THE CANCELLATION REQUEST IS NOT ACKNOWLEDGED. Severability If any provision of this Membership Contract is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions of this Membership Contract will still be valid. Governing Law The laws of the State of Wisconsin will govern as to the interpretation, validity and effect of these provisions and as to any dispute or claim based on your use of the information, notwithstanding any conflict of laws, provisions of your domicile, residence or physical location. Legal Forum Any dispute between the parties that results in litigation shall be exclusively heard in the Courts residing in Waukesha County, Wisconsin. I agree to be bound by the above provisions of this Membership Contract and wish to join The Millionaire Club in order to empower myself to achieve my financial goals.
