Location of all booths: Depot Park 6730 Front St. Rio Linda
All approved vendors will be assigned space in Depot Park, 6730 Front St. in Rio Linda. A map of Depot Park will be provided showing the exact location of each display. Please make sure that your display will be open and staffed from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Those in the Parade, please go to your assigned space as soon as possible after the parade. Take down will be after 6:00 p.m. Saturday evening. No Early Take Downs allowed.

By signing this agreement, participants agree to abide by the guidelines and decisions made by the RLE Country Faire Planning Committee, the Rio Linda Elverta Foundation For the Future and the Rio Linda Elverta Recreation and Parks District or other representatives of these groups, agencies and organizations. By signing, participants agree to accept the following release of liability and hold harmless clause:
All authorized vendors participating in the Rio Linda Elverta Country Faire agree that they are independent operators and not partners or participants in a joint venture, and shall be individually liable for any loss, personal injury, deaths and/or any other damages that may occur as a result of the vendors negligence or that of its employees, agents and associates. All vendors agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless, the Rio Linda Elverta Country Faire Planning Committee, the Rio Linda Elverta Foundation For the Future and the Rio Linda Elverta Recreation and Parks District and their volunteers, managers, employees, agents and assigns, from any loss, costs, damages and other expenses, including attorneys fees, suffered or incurred by the RLE Foundation For the Future, RLE Recreation & Parks District and/or the RLE Country Faire Planning Committee by reason of vendors negligence or intentional misconduct or that of its employees, agents and associates. It is required that each vendor carry his or her own personal and product liability insurance.
