ACTUAL EXECUTED WORK


STEEL WORKS 1.) Install rebars at the girder between pier 5 and Pier 6 with a total weight of 845.95 kgs. 2.) Removal of cut wires at the bottom of the girder between pier 5 and peir 6. 3.) Insert tension wire in 2" diameter steel pipe for lifting hook. 4.) Install rebars for the girder between pier 8 and pier 9 with a total weight of 3347.72 kgs. 5.) Bending the crown bars at pier column 4 to attain the minimum covering of the steel. 6.) Install two layers ring bars at pier column 6 with a total weight of 103.06 kgs. 7.) Chipping the top surface of the pier column 6. 8.) Install rebars at peir column 38 and pier column 26 with a total weight of 1,752.73 kgs. 9.) Install rebars at 17 foundation with a total weight of 3,679.43 kgs. 10.) Install rebars for pier 37 foundation with a total weight of 2,431.48 kgs. 11.) Install rebars for pier column 38 with a total weight of 3335.85 kgs. 12.) Install rebars at pier 30 foundation with a total weight of 6,905.55 kgs. 13.) Cutting and bending of rebars with a total weight of 26,418.24 kgs.

CARPENTRY WORKS 1.) Align the teel shuttering at pier column 4. 2.) Install scaffolding at pier 31 foundation. 3.) Put wooden planks for the access of the workers at girder between pier 8 and 9 with total accomplishment of 320 bd.ft. 4.) Repairing the interior shuttering of the girder between pier 5 and peir 6 with a total area of 95 sq.m 5.) Fixed all exterior support of the girder located between pier 8 nad pier 9. 6.) Install shuttering of the girder located between pier 14 and pier 15 with a total area of 22.17 sq.m 7.) Install three set of anchor box of the girder located between pier 8 and pier 9. 8.) Put shoring support for the steel shuttering of pier 14. 9.) Preparing the materials for pier 30 foundation shuttering. 10.) Drilling for the anchorage of the support for the girder shuttering. MASON 1.) Repairing the surface of the foundation at pier 39. 2.) Repairing the surface of the first phase column at pier 8. 3.) Apply two coats betumin painting with a total area of 92 sq.m at pier 24 foundation.

SAFETY WORKS 1.) Cleaning and Removal of Construction Waste and Debris from the project site. 2.) Checking and Monitoring of Safety Rules and Regulations at the project site. MISCELLANEOUS WORKS
