Hello, The Incident Command System (ICS) was originally designed by fire protection agencies to improve their ability to manage emergencies. It is an all-risk system that enables companies to function in a multi-organization environment. Now the same ICS management concepts are being used by Electric Utility to respond to emergencies. You are invited to participate in an on-line survey studying utility company practices as they relate to the Incident Command System (ICS) during incidents. All participants who complete the survey will receive a copy of the published report. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you would like to publish the results in your periodical or have a speaker at your event contact us at rod@macrosoftinc.com Thank you very much for your time and support, Jason Singer Director, Utilities Practice Macrosoft Inc jsinger@macrosoftinc.com
