York, did commit a violation of 156-72A of the Town Code of the Town of Carmel entitled

"Zoning", for constructing agarage structure without first obtaining apermit from the building
department.

To wit: On orabout the above referenced date, the defendants did commit the offense by constructing a garage on Defendants property at21 Ernest Lane, Mahopac, N.Y. 10541, Tax
Map#53.-l-30, defendant violated the Town Code of the Townof Carmel. The conditions

alleged herein were observed on September 25,2011, October 12,2011, and December 21,
2011.

Each weeks continued violation alleged herein shall constitute a separate and distinct violation and each and every such violation and noncompliance respectively bepunishable by afineofnot more than $1,000 or by imprisonmentfor not more than oneyear, orby both suchfine and imprisonment. Each weeks' continued violation shall constitute aseparate additional violation.
