Benign epidermal tumor with characteristic histologic picture of acantholytic hyperkeratosis: Compact hyperkeratosis, acanthosis, papillomatosis. Acantholysis with periperinuclear vacuolization involving all layers of the epidermis except the basal layer

Hypergranulosis with large basophilic keratohyanine granules and intracytoplasmic amorphous eosinophilic bodies.
