Open Windows Explorer. Go to the C:/Users/[user name]/My Games/Runic Games/Torchlight 2/Save/ [number] directory. Search for the settings.txt file and double-click to edit it. Change the line console:0 to console:1 Start the game and continue to play Press the insert key to show the console
