Si la accin continua usamos ing. Si miramos la accin desde el principio hasta el final, usamos el infinitivo sin to. Ej: I felt the train moving. I felt the train move (La accin continua) (La accin se ha terminado)

Nota: Algunos de estos verbos pueden ir acompaados de una that-clause y cambia el significado. Ej: I feel that you should look for another job. (believe) Ive just heard that the match is off. (receive news) See that you lock up when you leave. (make sure)

4. Verbs followed by ing or a noun Algunos verbos pueden ir seguidos de otro verbo en forma de ING o por un sustantivo. Algunos verbos de este tipo son: Avoid Be worth Dislike Enjoy Fancy Help Keep Mind Miss Practice Risk Cant stand

5. Verbs followed by ing, or a noun, or a that-clause Algunos verbos pueden ir seguidos de otro verbo en forma de ING, o por un SUSTANTIVO, o por una subordinada. Algunos verbos de este tipo son: Admit Consider Deny Imagine Recollect Report Suggest

6. Verbs followed by ing, or a infinitive:

Algunos verbos pueden ir seguidos de -ING o de INFINITIVO, y puede haber una pequeo cambio en sus significado. Algunos verbos de este tipo son: Attemp Begin Continue Nota 1: Would like Would love Would prefer Nota 2: + INFINITIVO Dread Not bear Hate Intend Like Love Prefer Start

Like to: Puede tener su significado (algo que te gusta) pero tambin se puede usar para hablar de una situacin habitual que puede gustarte o no. Ej: On Sundays I like to get up early and go for a swim.

7. Verbs followed by ing, or a infinitive:

Algunos verbos pueden ir seguido de las dos formas pero dependiendo de la forma que le siga el significado cambiar. Algunos de estos verbos son: + -ING: Forget/Remember + TO: El recuerdo u olvido ocurre antes de la accin I wont forget meeting you I forgot that I had invited ten people to lunch I forgot to buy any coffe I wont forget to go there I remember locking the door I remembered that I had left my keys behind Please remember to lock the door meet invite forget forget lock leave remember forget forget buy go remember remember lock La accin ocurre antes de la memoria (recuerdo u olvido)

+ -ING: Go on + TO:

Continuamos haciendo la accin Pasamos a hacer algo, una accin nueva ; ; (did the same thing) (did something else)

Diana went on working all night The director went on to say that the strike was over

+ -ING: Mean + TO:

El resultado de una accin afecta a otra. Para expresar una intencin ; ; ; (Resultado de una accin anterior) (resultado de una accin anterior) (Tener la intencin)

+ -ING: Regret

+ -ING: Stop

Se utiliza cuando hemos terminado la accin Damos una razn para parar la accin ; ; (Ya he finalizado la accin) (Finalic la accin por una razn)
