Career Path
1. Candidate will serve job at AESL with a bond/contract period of 2 years. 2. Three month training-Candidate will receive 50 percentage of his monthly offered salary. 3. Six month Probation-Candidate will receive 75 percentage of his monthly offered salary. 4. After completion of probation, candidate will start receiving 100 percentage of his monthly offered salary. During three month training period, candidate will be offered Rs 5000 per month over & above monthly salary. Said amount is provided against lodging expenses incurred by the candidate during the period. During three month training period, candidate will be offered free lunch for all working days of the month. Depending upon the candidates performance AESLs management can extend training or probation period or can call off.
