B) NOTES : ( If applicable ) The post (s) marked * in Panchakarma is / are advertised subject to the final order of Honble High Court ( Nagpur Bench ) in W.P.No. 3357/2004 in view of the interim order dated 31 / 03 / 2005 in this petition. 2) All Posts : The candidate should be registered under the M.M.P. C) Qualifications & Experience of Teaching staff for UG teachers : (Applicable for direct recruitment but age will be relaxed in case of promotion). i) ESSENTIAL: a) A degree in Ayurved from a University established by law or a statutory Board/Faculty/Examining Body of Indian Medicine or its equivalent as recognized under Indian Medicine Central Council Act,1970. b) A Post-graduate qualification in the subject/specialty concerned included in the schedule to Indian Medicine Central Council Act,1970. ii) EXPERIENCE : a) For the post of Professor : Total teaching experience of ten years in concerned subject is necessary out of which there should be five years teaching experience as Reader/Associate Professor in concerned subject. b) For the post of Associate Professor (Reader) : Teaching experience of five years in concerned subject. ( Reader will be treated as Associate Professor). c) For the post of Asst. Professor (Lecturer) : ( age not exceeding 40 years). No teaching experience is required. Lecturer will be treated as Asst. Professor. d) Qualification for the post of Head of the Institution (Principal/Dean/Director) : The qualification and experience prescribed for the post of Professor shall be essential for these posts. Note :- In absence of the candidate of Post-gradute qualification in concern subject the candidate of the following subjects as mentioned against them shall be eligible for the post of Lecturer/Asst. a. The above provision of allied subject will be allowed for five years (The Gazette of India dated 26/04/2012). b. The teacher(s) who had been considered eligible in the past on the basis of previous Regulations shall not be considered ineligible on the basis of amendment.

c. For the post of Lecturer in : Sanskrit

M.A. in Sanskrit or Acharya form a recognized Institutions or equivalent with due experience. Preference should be given to those possessing Ayurved qualification also.

D) GENERAL NOTES : 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) 7) 8) Reservation for Ladies and physically handicapped persons is as per the Govt. rules. Candidates applying for reserve category post(s) should submit caste certificate & caste validity certificate and also recent non-creamy layer certificate, wherever applicable. The benefits of reservation shall be admissible to the backward class / category candidates who are domiciled in the state of Maharashtra only. Age Limit & Educational Qualifications shall be considered up-to last date of the application & experience shall be considered up-to earlier day of the interview. The decision taken by MUHS authorities regarding essential qualifications and experience shall be applicable, from time to time. Qualified teachers above the age of 62 years will be considered for appointment of one one year, as per respective councils norms. Pay Scale is as per rules. Application along-with attested copies of all relevant Certificates must reach to the college on or before : 12 / 09 / 2013. ( Exact date is to be specified) ( Minimum 21 days from the date of publication of advertisement in newspaper.)
