OSMO DOS Plus is a specially prepared liquid treatment based on organo-phosphonates for preventing scale formation in the membranes systems of R.O. (reverse osmosis) units. OSMO DOS Plus is a threshold treatment, which retards the Precipitation of hardness, salts thus increasing their effective solubilitys. OSMO DOS Plus is stable as supplied and when diluted with Water. If desired several weeks stock may be prepared for dosing without deterioration. BENEFITS OSMO DOS Plus is a proprietary liquid antiscalant designed to inhibit silica and other scales and disperse colloidal particles in membrane separation systems. This formulation is unique in that inhibits silica scaling at higher concentrations then typical antiscalant. This feature allows for increased RO system recoveries in feed water containing high level of silica. Application
ANOLEX is a highly efficient, for people non-toxic microbiocide (disinfection agent), with an excellent high biocidic effect on all of the existing microorganisms living in the water. It is used to prevent a microbiological proliferation in following application areas: Potable water (warm and cold) Swimming pool/ Decorative wells Cooling towers/ Air-washers in air conditioning systems Paper-mill water Waste water from spray-booth Heat exchangers Industrial fresh-water systems Storage basins and Water-tanks

It can be applied both to protection and also to acute affection against microorganisms. ANOLEX is effective against bacteria, fungi (yeasts) algae and viruses. Although against all species of legionella, even those which are firmly fixed to a biofilm (amoeba, etc.), are being killed. The biofilms will be destroyed through a medium and longterm application.

Main Benefits
ANOLEX builds pure hypochloric acid without any atomic chlorine (Cl2) and chlorinedioxide (ClO2). Cl2 would react with water to HCl (hydrochloric acid) and this will result in the corrosion of water-pipes. Cl2 forms with the organic matter in the water tri-halo-methanes (THM) and chloramines. Chlorinedioxide reacts further to chlorate (ClO3), which is categorized as mutagene, teratogene and carcinogene (the recommended maximum value is 0,25mg/l). ANOLEX does not contain any by-products because of the special manufacturing process. Therefore it does not form: Corrosive hydrochloric acid Chloramines Trihalomethanes (THM) Chlorate

Cleaning Chemicals of R/O Membranes
Osmo Clean A Use:
OSMO CLEAN A is special formulation for cleaning of the TFC membranes of Reverse Osmosis units. OSMO CLEAN A being in powdered form eliminates splashing risk. Its acid concentration efficiently removes the salts of calcium from membranes. The product is also not harmful to soft metals like copper, Brass, Aluminum etc. OSMO CLEAN A is used in a concentration of 2-3 gram/lit of solution according to the intensity of the deposits to be eliminated. Make the solution in RO permeate and circulate it for 2-3 hrs, preferably @ 35-40 o C. Further addition of the product may be required during cleaning job to maintain the pH of the solution. After treatment with OSMO CLEAN A consecutive rinses of the membrane and apparatus are carried out to remove all traces of acidity.

Osmo Clean B

Use:

Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants run months and months consecutively. Moreover, during normal operations colloidal and biological fouling may develop on the membranes sheets of the RO units affecting the performance of the plants. As a result permeate quality and quantity, both become poor. OSMO CLEAN B is a treatment for the efficient removal of such foulants. A concentration of 1.5-2.5 % OSMO CLEAN B in a permeate is applied through a closed loop circulation for 1-2 hrs. After completion of cleaning drain the solution and flush the whole circuit with plenty of fresh permeate.

OSMO CLEAN C is a micro biocide with a broad anti-microbial spectrum designed specifically for control of bacteria, and biological fouling. A concentration of 1.5-2.5 % OSMO CLEAN C in a permeate is applied through a closed loop circulation for 1-2 hrs. After completion of cleaning drain the solution and flush the whole circuit with plenty of fresh permeate.
