The latest generation of compact and inexpensive controls, developed for separators and decanters, provides you with stateof-the-art technology. The interactive system features a modular design as well as a wide range of practical functions such as automatic maintenance and control indication.

CentriCon controls your separator or decanter, the automatic valves and the connected pumps and regulating circuits. It activates partial or total ejections of the separator at regular intervals. The system features consistent modular design, and optional extensions can easily be added to the centrifuge or installation. The system is so flexible that almost all your wishes can be met.

Package units
Package units are a speciality of Westfalia Separator Engineering. Who is better able to integrate centrifuges in processes than the person who designs and builds the centrifuges? A package unit is a self-contained package, designed by specialists and built under optimum conditions in our own workshop. Irrespective of whether you wish to replace existing machines or expand your production, whether you wish to renew, modify or expand, you will obtain major advantages with a package unit. You continue to produce for as long as possible with your old machines. You modify or construct the building and, while your production is running and making money and while the building contractors are working in your buildings, Westfalia Separator Engineering plans and builds your customised new package unit for you. When you have completed your prelimi-

nary work, your new package unit is delivered and integrated in your production process with a minimum amount of disruption. You can use the new package unit for production very soon after. Time is money, and downtimes in your production cost unnecessary money. By means of parallel planning and production of the package unit for your activities, you are able to significantly reduce the time between the point at which you make the investment and the point at which the package unit is given over to production. The package unit is installed completely with all pipework on a frame, is equipped with all electrical and pneumatic connections, is tested and has gone through extensive test runs. At your request, the package unit is accepted and its reliable functioning is checked in the presence of your inspectors. In this way, you receive the best possible solution without imposing an unnecessary strain on your production.

Westfalia Separator Engineering plans the complete mechanical processing of your product on your behalf, completes all the necessary documents which you require for building planning, obtains all necessary equipment, fittings and measuring instruments, produces installation and pipework documents, installs and also commissions the complete plant under its own responsibility. The necessary control facilities are of course also planned and built, with the degree of automation which you require. The emphasis on the one hand is on the skills of our employees, who of course are all appropriately certified and who carry out welding work in accordance with AD procedures and DIN and also in accordance with ASME. We use orbital welding technology for the most demanding work. Westfalia Separator Engineering has several welding machines with closed weld guns. The company naturally also has the necessary equipment for checking the quality of the weld seams. We have our own tools and equipment for performing visual checks with an endoscope, also with photographic documentation, ferrite content measurement, X-ray testing, dye penetration testing (DPT), magnetic powder indication (MPI). Westfalia Separator has its own materials laboratory, which means that it can also perform destructive tests.
