A win by forfeit will be considered a 1-0 victory for tie breaking purposes You need to be ready to play as soon as the game before your game gets over If a game gets over early, we will move right into the next game You must hit at least 4 players in your line up You can play a game with 4 players but: You MUST field a catcher If you are playing with 4, players can replace each other on the bases when needed If you dont have at least 4 players at the start of your game, you will be forced to forfeit that gameNO EXCEPTIONS

o You can substitute players at any time but your lineup needs to stay consistent throughout the game: For instance, if you start the game batting 5 players, you have to end the game batting 5 players You cant go from batting 7 at the start of a game to batting 5 at the end of the game Pitching o This is a slow pitch tournamentmax speed is 45 mph o If you think the opposing pitcher is throwing too fast, ask them to slow it down o If you still think the pitcher is throwing too fast, ask for the tournament director (Jeff Augustine) o When pitching, you must display one fluid motion toward home plate o Both feet must be on the mound after delivering the pitch Ground rules o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o Each hitter starts with a 1-1 count Each hitter is limited to 4 balls and 3 strikes A foul tip on the third strike is not an out unless the catcher catches it Foul balls hit above the backstop netting can be caught for an out For a pitch to be a strike, the ball must hit the wood target Hitting the pole that the target is attached to is not a strike The batter must have both feet on the concrete when up at the plate and cannot lean over or crowd the plate as to interfere with the ball reaching the target A batted ball must go in front of the arc near home plate for the ball to be considered in play Any batted ball that does not go in front of the arc near home plate will be considered a foul ball Any ball that hits a tree(s), power line, etc. in foul ground can be caught for an out before the ball touches the ground A homerun must either go over the scoreboard in left field, land on the roof, or go over the fence in right A ball that hits the gutter (painted yellow) is considered a home run A ball that hits the power line in fair territory in right field must go over the fence for it to be a home run If the ball hits the power line in fair ground and bounces back in to the field of play, its like playing it off the wall and the out must be recorded at first base and the runner can get as many bases as he wishes A ball that hits the short porch in left, the house, or the right field fence on the fly must be thrown to first base to record the out

o A ball that hits in fair territory and goes past the foul poles in left and right field will be ruled an automatic double A ball thrown out of play will be ruled a dead ball (explained before your game). The runner(s) will get the base they are going to plus one o A ball that gets stuck in the ivy in the short porch in left results in the batter getting an automatic double o A ball that goes down into the stairwell will result in an automatic double o There is no throwing at the runner(s) Conduct o Good sportsmanship should be present throughout your participation in the tournament o We want everyone to have a good time and to come back the next year o Remember this is wiffle ball o We have plenty of children that are at the games at any given time, so please be courteous and watch your language o Cursing is not permittedyou will be asked to leave the field should you display inappropriate language or behaviorNO EXCEPTIONS o If for any reason the tournament director (Jeff Augustine) feels that a player needs to be removed from the field and/or property due to unacceptable conduct, that player will be asked to leave immediately without the possibility of return or refund
