NON-RESIDENT ALIEN ACT OF 2013

COMES NOW, at least two affirmed American Nationals to petition the United States, in
Congress assembled to sign the NON-RESIDENT ALIEN ACT OF 2013, completing the
separation of spheres by and between all Nations, States Corporations and their Governments,
and the reign of the heavens and The United States of America, the reformed Confederacy of
1781, within the sphere of the reign of the heavens World Government.

Enactment Clause:

Upon a declaration of exile and proclamation of anyone that is exercising their right of self
determination to enter the sphere of the reign of the heavens in whatever form of government
they choose qualifies as a non-resident alien from the point of view of all other nations, states,
Corporations and their Governments. In all other nations and states the separation of the sphere
of the reign of the heavens would qualify as a religious right even if the exempt individuals
political decision is not under the classification of a religious right within the sphere of the reign
of the heavens World Government.

The reign of the heavens World Government, within its sphere, although it has specific metes
and bounds, was transformed into a World Government where its Citizens and Nationals metes
and bounds exist where the man and woman feet strike the earth. The sphere is perfect
Government, where all of the requirements of the Scriptures are fulfilled.

Now, therefore, if a man or woman enters into a political sub-division or a government under the
umbrella of the reign of the heavens World Government, it is incumbent upon aforesaid man or
woman to represent their Government in the following manner when dealing in foreign relations:

WORLD GOVERNMENT.

The society has prepared the members Code of Conduct so that all members will understand a
proper way to conduct themselves as representatives of the reign of the heavens World
Government while they are in the sanctuary of this sphere.

We must keep in mind that the public, private and International conduct inspires and motivates
people, and can also scandalize and undermine the society and the faith in the mission of the
society. Therefore, members should at all times be aware of the responsibilities and liabilities

that accompany their rights of self determination. They must also know that the Most Highs
knowledge, grace, self determination, and wisdom in the face of controversy supports them in
their conduct.

1: Be committed to yahushua and his perfect example of Nation Building manifested in the reign
of the heavens World Government and society/chapters, as the knowledge is the inheritance of
the people which results in their freedom from tyranny.

2: Conduct themselves in an honest and open manner, free from deception and corruption unless
there is a liar before you seeking to entrap you.

3: Handle your interactions with others as a matter of conscience.

4: Set high moral standards and lead by example.

5: Have respect for fellow members and others, refraining from conduct, words or others actions
that are disrespectful, however, not at the expense of the truth.

6: Respect the dignity and worth of everyone, however, not at the expense of the peace or the
toleration of physical or verbal abuse.

7: Respect everyone as a part of the whole as a creation in development without regard to
economic status, age, disability or cultural background.

8: Respect the constituted authority in the society and the Citizens and Nationals of the reign of
the heavens.

9: Be courteous to everyone, show empathy and concern for people in need, especially people
who are new to the society or nations that have ratified the Law of Nations.

When issues of disrespect and matters requiring disciplinary action arise, they will be brought to
the attention to the proper Branch of the Government of The United States of America. If said
issues are not resolved by the proper Branch, they will be brought to the attention of the general
post office for The United States of America and the reign of the heavens World Government.


Furthermore, once a RESIDENT DECLARATION has been made by a man or a woman, either
within the sphere of The United States of America under the reign of the heavens World
Government, the man or woman qualifies as a exempt individual, a non-resident alien and a
religious right from the point of view of all other Nations, States, Corporations and their
Governments. The man or woman has entered into the sphere of light and the living and shall put
away childish things to qualify for the coming oath or affirmation to bond that man or woman
within the set apart spirit sphere of the reign of the heavens World Government.

The reign of the heavens structure document shall accompany this NON-RESIDENT ALIEN
ACT OF 2013, and shall serve as Public International Notice to the International Community as
it pertains to the set apart spirit of the newly discovered 2000 year old sphere.
