It is hereby agreed between the buyer and the seller, whereby the buyer agrees to buy and seller agrees to sell the following material with the following terms and conditions: CLAUSE 01 COMMODIY, QUALITY & QUANTITY Commodity: Heavy Melting Steel Scrap No: 200/201: wrought iron and/or steel scrap 6.0 mm and over in thickness. Common Conditions: 1 The steel scrap free from toxic chemical, radioactive materials, inflammables, pitted corroded rust, explosives, organic matters originated from animals or plants with danger of epidemic diseases and medical waste. 2 The steel scrap free from bombs, arms, ammunitions, torpedoes, mines, shells, cartridges, seal containers or tanks or envelops, gas cylinder, explosive shells or explosive materials in any form. 3 The scrap free from admixtures such as slag, dross, trash, lubricant, grease, rubber, plastic, oil parts, alloy, asphalt, wood, chemical. 4 The scrap consists of Iron and Steel Scrap only. Rust, corrosion, dust and dirt, mud or waste, and other impurities are not more than 0.5%. Packing: Twenty Feet containers floor loaded. CLAUSE 2 PRICE Unit price: USD $_____________ MT, Ex Yard. CLAUSE 6 CARGO INSPECTION AND CLAIM FORCE M AJEURE The Force Majeure clause of the International Chamber of Commerce is hereby incorporated in this contract.

CLAUSE 7 ARBITRATION Any disputes that could not be settled by amicable settlement shall be referred to Adhoc Arbitration in accordance with its rules for final settlement. The decision taken by this arbitration shall be final. All fees and charges and expenses occurred from this arbitration shall be borne by the losing party. This contract comes into effect since the date of signing and both parties undertake to execute strictly all the terms and conditions. Any changes or amendments to this contract shall be made in writing and subject to prior approval from both parties.
