Communications Plan for 2013 Vino Classico with a Beer Chaser

Purpose Raise money for Eden Prairie (AM) Rotary Clubs causes, spread the word about Rotary. Situational Analysis: This is traditionally the largest annual fund-raiser held by the club, drawing 300-400 persons. It is also an opportunity to promote Rotary and all its good works, and to reach prospective members. Finally, it gives members a chance to provide service to the club. Objectives Attendance for 2012 event was 300-350. The event raised $25,928. Ticket sales totaled $14,070. Eden Prairie Liquor received 14 wine orders for a total of 247 bottles ordered. Week of Aug. 26 27 Club member testimonial on importance of selling tickets, or what tactics work. Print postcards to be sent to past attendees.
