Good Morning one and all. A hearty welcome to all the guests, respected mentors and my dear friends.

Guess every one is all set to watch the roleplays. I am Sas i Bhanu and I represent the Batch-1 which is about to present a role-play as a p art of "Software Engineering Foundation Cource". We are a batch of 20 divided in to 5 groups and worked as a team to bring before you this part of the event. The first group is "Actors group" constituting of 7 members "" and they are all set to perform before you. The second group is the "Event Organizing group", consti tuting of "" and i guess you must have see them every where busy in organizing t his event since morning. The third group is the "Fund Raiser group" constituting of "". They really flooded us with funds. The fourth group is the "Tech Support " constituting of "", who made this wonderful presentation and set all the conne ctions ready for us to go on air. And the fifth group team is "the host group" c onstituting me and my friend Harika, presenting before you our wondeful team. So, let us start with a small inroduction to our roleplay. Intro ----A man who is all theory is like a directionless ship on a shoreless sea.

Two words that describe a person's competence are, knowledge and skills. Knowled ge is to learn concepts, principles and information regarding a particular subje ct through books, media and other sources. A skill is the ability of using that information and applying it in a context. B ut, which is more important, Theoretical Knowledge or Practical Skills? Think ab out it..!!!! Well let us help you answer this question with our role play: "Real learning vs scoring an 'A' ": Six students who are toppers from their respective colgs having a sound knowl edge on theoritical aspects attend a mechanical workshop. In this workshop they had to practically implement all the concepts that are learnt theoritically. Let s see what their knowledge could lead them upto. Conclusion ----------It is important to realise that in the workplace, what matters is not the amount of practical experience or theoretical background that a person has. What matte rs is how much a person is able to effectively deal with the realities around hi m. Vote of thanks: --------------Hope you guys had as much fun as we had preparing for it.
