Financial update - We are now at 32%!

PRAYERS & PRAISES

PRAY for power from the Holy Spirit as we minister to people. PRAY for wisdom as we contact churches and plan for an effective deputation ministry. PRAY for souls to be saved and Christians to be challenged to live for God! PRAISE God for one young girl who raised her hand for salvationshe didnt go forward, but she is clearly thinking about it. PRAISE God for encouragements along the deputation trail. So many people are praying with and for us! PRAISE God for recommended church contacts from Pastors and friends!

We have fallen in love with VA! - Its more like, we have fallen in love with the wonderful new friends that we have met in VA. Despite the heavy traffic on 95, we are so thankful to God for the blessing that deputation brings. I met some precious people who personally knew my former pastor back in the Philippines (who went home to be with the Lord in 07). What precious memories we were able to share! God is good! Where to next? - We are looking at more local meetingswhich we love and welcome any day and twice on a Sunday (as my dad would say) but we also are excited to have meetings in OH, too. Bob Book (a member of Calvary Ind. Baptist Church in Quarryville, PA) served as a Radio Operator Gunner (B-25 Bomber) for the US Army-Air Corp. back in 1943-1946 in Manila, Philippines and Clark Air Force Base in Angeles City. I stand on the shoulders of the brave men & women like Bro. Book who served and fought to liberate the Philippines! Bro. Book will be celebrating 50 years as a church song leader. WOW! Thats dedication!
